What lovely women we met st check-in. We had a lot of luggage and were a bit emotional, as we were leaving the country permanently, and they couldn't have been kinder of more helpful. We also met a terrific guy working in the bar, who was knowledgable, friendly and attentive. I'm sorry I did not get their names so I could acknowledge them properly. The Pullman Auckland Airport was a great choice and a wonderful treat for our last night in this country.

Luxurious space Quiet Easy check in after 1 pm

As a transit hotel, they can't even hold your luggage because 'our luggage room is limited.' How ridiculous! I've been to so many countries and stayed at so many five-star hotels, and this is the only one that can't keep my luggage for a single day!

Easy checkin , room was fantastic and quiet. Really enjoyed the breakfast. The staff were very helpful and went above and beyond. My wife left her watch on the bed on departure . A quick phone call had it found and sent to our home address.

This hotel is gorgeous. Best hotel in service and room accommodation. The food in the restaurant is excellent. And you can walk to the international airport because it is very proximal.

Other than a slightly congested reception area everything was excellent. Some additional food selections in the lounge would not go amiss but what was there was very good. Service from Shelby was superb.

Great start to overseas holiday Friendly staff Lovely restaurant with wonderful views

We decided to stay here the night before flying out on a trip the next day so we wouldn't have to deal with Auckland traffic in the morning. Booked parking in airport carpark E and walked to the Pullman which wasn't that far but it happened to be pouring with rain the night we arrived. Check-in was all good and easy, Staff were friendly. The room was modern and nice and the bed was very comfortable. The lighting was dull (as is in most hotels) Nice big tv. And no extra charge for the snacks and drinks in the room which was a nice surprise, but the bag of chips I had were all soft and pretty gross. We decided to have dinner in the hotel as it was too wet to go anywhere else. Restaurant was busy and very noisey and the food took a while to come. The meal was not what I expected and I didn't enjoy it, also very expensive! Otherwise it was good not having to get up super early to drive up 2 hours in Auckland traffic.
