Property is clean, staff are very friendly and very responsive to concerns.

This is a brand new hotel and very nice. Room was very nice and comfortable. Bathroom had a nice full vanity countertop where you could put things. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Food was excellent and room had a beautiful view.

The only negative i can say about the property is that the restaurants exhaust fan was below our room and if you opened a window or balcony door you could sometimes get a smell of fish or other food they were preparing.

Staff were accommodating with special mention to Mar from reception who was extra helpful. Bed was comfy and parking is included with the booking. Food was good enough to fill the tummy.

Wonderful but amenities are not yet ready doors are banging loudly from other rooms and dont get a room if they are gonna put you near the elevator..

The hotel is must go to stay at Baguio. The rooms are clean, beds are big , staffs are very accommodating. They also have a sumptous breakfast buffet and its located near baguios tourist spots. 100/10

Great and friendly staff and location accessible to major establishments.

Like cleanliness, respectful and attentive staff. I also like that the hotel is air-conditioned. Baguio is in the mountain region the Philippines it gets cool in the early hours of the day but it gets very hot in the middle of the day. Buffet breakfast was good with local and international dishes. Will stay again.

Great Property! Newer built so everything is pretty new! Downside, no dresser in rooms if you're used to like other places. Breakfast is okay but they have live music at dinner time! Friendly staff all around

Location and clean room

Not organized. They charged me twice for the 3 rooms I booked

The front desk manager Marco and staff were very helpful in assisting us upon check in. During the night there was power outage and all night the room was very humid and the aircon could not be adjusted. In the morning there was a very low water pressure and not hot water to shower. The water supply was completely off as soon as I finished my bath( luckily) but I was not able to brush my teeth. My family ftom the other rooms had the same situation. The management should inform the guests if these problems happen.Many guests were unhappy from this incident. There should be a paging system to inform the guests. I praise all the staff for their friendliness and politeness.

I like the property location, very good location and convenient, so close to the Burnham Park. Property looks nice and elegant. The breakfast buffet was excellent, a lot of choices. The bathtub was kinda high and narrow and slippery, good thing there's a handrail. 3 family members slipped but other than everything is ok.

It was a very pleasant stay and I look forward to returning!

We all love the buffet & all staff are friendly & approachable. It could be really A , if there is hair conditioner, Please provide written check in time & checkout time against a wall that is visible. A security by the elevator to ask for room card/ key upon coming in the elevator.

Encountered several problems with TV and wifi. No gym although this was part of the room reservation. Breakfast was OK. Staff very friendly. Would not stay again.

The property was great. It was clean, modern, room was spacious and staff were friendly and helpful. Their breakfast buffet was amazing with many options. My family enjoyed this property as well and it’s only a few minutes drive from the night market and camp John Hay.
