- The hotel is close to the airport, which is appreciated if you have to travel. - The staff is extremely friendly, very nice, and very welcoming. - The room is big enough and very clean. Room cleaners are extremely nice and do everything to make your stay comfortable. - Free shuttle to the airport, even in the late evening.

- Despite the nice decoration, the restaurant is a real catastrophe as it is extremely noisy and does not offer a relaxed mood. - The staff of the restaurant is totally lost and fully unorganized. I had to call four times and insist on ordering dinner. I needed 1h50 from the first call to the order. - The food is good and well presented. However, prices are insane and it is difficult to pay. I had to insist on receiving the bill, then they let me understand that it was a bit complicated to pay with USD, and finally, it was difficult to pay by credit card because of the machine or the network. - There is no mini-bar and no menu in the room. The room service asked me to come to the restaurant to order and did not want to take the order. If I call a room service it is because I could not go to the restaurant. - It is not possible to change money, and there is no ATM in the close vicinity. - Internet is available but the signal is not strong enough, which makes working difficult sometimes. - It is a nice hotel to spend one night if you need to be close to the airport, but nothing more. I will next time try others hotels around.

Best Hotel In Nairobi

It was superb everything on time, free airport pickup n drop service was amazing, we had good enough luggage but they sent a big MPV which fitted our luggage and us easily, Check in rooms was smooth max 5 mins we were in our rooms with amazing welcome screen on TV with our names on it. Also with a fruit dish saying karibu pawan in swahili (Welcome Pawan). Room was super clean , modern , automated curtains & lights was also beyond our expectations. Television was good , bed was comfortable, pillows were excellent. Shower and sink of KOLHER added more premium experience for the stay. Food was amazing at dinner we ate Indian dishesh panner butter masala , Dal Makhani , rice it was amazingly delicious and quick.

Air conditioner cooling was very slow. Breakfast variety was less. Whatever was served was nice in taste.

Although the hotel is still being finished & hasn't had its grand opening yet we had a lovely stay Unfortunately the hotel we had booked wasn't upto standard so we found ourselves looking for another hotel at 12.30am, we called the Argyle and they were instantly accommodating even though we arrived at 2am to check in Our room was large and comfortable with a gorgeous comfortable bed and wonderful pillows that ensured we had a fantastic sleep Breakfast was fresh and tasty and the staff were very attentive and extremely friendly, as an extra bonus we requested a late check out and they were so accommodating even though we were late checking out of our late check out due to tiredness All in all if you want a wonderful hotel right next to the airport I would highly recommend The Argyle Grand Hotel

The hotel is still being finished on some floors, it wasn't a deal breaker at all for us, however if you are fussy about that type of thing you may want to wait until after the official opening There was no noise disturbance at all so it's really not an issue as far as we were concerned
