The shuttle is NOT with the other hotel shuttles! It is terminal C, far left side when walking out of terminal. Hotel is new. Clean and modern. Comfortable bed. One of few airport hotels with restaurant serving until 10pm.

Wasted a lot of time looking for shuttle. Should be clear when booking and should be on confirmation email.

Clean facillity, easy checkin, nice rooms

As a regular guest, i have grown tired of dealing with snap parking. On 3 occassions they have attempted to overcharge me, and i have needed to refuse excessive charges, whicb they then 'correct'. The last visit, they attempted to charge me $139.99 fir 2 nights which they then corrected to $39.99. Then at check they tacked on additional $43.00. The hotel will not be any assistance, all they say is "yes we seem to get alot of complaints" fir this reason i will no longer book here on business trips.

The hotel is new, staff were friendly and facilities were clean. Breakfast was standard American scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, coffee and juice. The lounge on the 9th floor has a good view of Manhattan.

The rooms are above a parking lot, which made it very noisy throughout the night, as well as the beds and pillows were not comfortable for someone like me who is a side sleeper.

There were no bath towels in my room. I was short on time so I had to us hand towels after showering. Also, the parking is not good. Paid almost $30 and had to wait too long to receive my vehicle.

The room provided had a window view! Magnificent 🔥

Provide a Roku remote for the actual TV so persons can log into their Netflix account etc. Most channels provided were boring.

Bed was comfortable. The room was spacious. Desk help was nice.

The restaurant was not good. The staff was very disorganized, untrained in service except for the bartender. No condiments were provided for burgers. Breakfast was chaotic. Coffee thermos was empty, coffee cups were not available,hot food trays were not filled, pancake dispenser was empty. Staff does not seem to be able to anticipate what guest will need. Milk cartons were being replaced as everything else was empty. Guest were standing around looking at each other in disbelief. You need to train staff. They seem to be trying but don’t seem to have the skills to operate a restaurant independently.

Integrated parking, is u slightly below the average of the hotel's attendance.

The room was comfortable and close to the airport.

The hotel restaurant staff were rude. And the front desk staff promise to provide information to me about a local pickup and delivery laundry service but failed to deliver or even tell me that they couldn't.

I liked that it was close to the airport and it was a clean room.

They told me to contact them to confirm the shuttle, even though I gave them my flight information, and told them it would be difficult for me to call them. After getting off a 17 hour flight, they didn't respond to any of my methods of contact (I tried on Booking.com, and I tried calling them on a stranger's phone and they do not have a WhatsApp account despite telling me that is what International guest usually do to contact them). I waited for an hour, and there was no response. I went to three different terminals in search of their stop (their shuttle does not arrive with the other hotel shuttles in P4, and while they gave direction there were no signs indicating their stop in the locations they had instructed me to go to, and they did not say the shuttle came regularly). I ended up taking an airport cab which cost me $50, despite the hotel being five minutes away. When I arrived, they had no bottled water at the hotel. They have no room service after 10:30 PM, which I missed waiting for the response about the shuttle, and despite being an "airport hotel" they had no options to receive the free breakfast if you have an early flight. Overall, I wish I paid more for a better hotel. A local friend told me it would have been better if I stayed at the Hampton Inn.

Estaba bien limpio, la habitación estaba muy cómodo y de buen tamaño para dos personas, y servían desayuno en las mañanas.

La única cosa que no me gustó es que las llaves de hotel se han desactivado en 2 ocasiones en las noches cuando llegábamos a nuestra habitación, y tuvimos que bajar al front desk a reclamar.

Das Zimmer war wunderschön. Und sehr groß. Und wir hatten aus der neunten Etage Blick auf die Skyline. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, sehr abwechslungsreich.

Eigentlich gar nichts, wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Wir sind immer mit dem Uber für 10 $ zum Zug gefahren und dann mit dem Zug rein nach Manhattan. War überhaupt nicht schlimm.

I loved everything , especially the bathroom and the beds , Amazing sheets , the blankets were so soft , every time i laid down it felt like i sunk into the bed. 10/10 for sure , My girl feels the same way

Pricey for the service given: breakfast is ok but could be improved and they didn’t make the room (paying that price I expect they do)

Was very clean

The first of all it was a problem, shuttle guy. They didn’t come to pick me up 45 minutes. The second one the Internet didn’t work the third one. There was no heat in the room doesn’t work the heat the machine is very noisy.

Room was ok. Price was ok.

Had to wait for the pick up at the airport for hours. Front desk was not helpful or willing to help in that situation. Although pick up via free shuttle had been confirmed before based on my request via e-mail after booking that room.

The breakfast was good and the staff at breakfast was excellent
