Grande chambre et bien situé au niveau de Arusha. Très propre. Joli vue au niveau du rooftop.

Petit déjeuner pas terrible malgré le choix et le service sans enthousiasme. Aucune connexion wifi n'a fonctionné pendant le séjour ... Hotel décoré de façon impersonnel et un peu froid.

Room was large with comfortable bed and up-to-date bathroom. Location, near clock tower, was convenient to downtown. Staff was accommodating. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious.

Issues with tv reception during Olympic Games. Had to change rooms three times.

I really enjoyed my stay here ,If there was a 5+ start Hotel Sanna would be one of them .

laundry ruined a couple of active wear shirts and had never had this happen before in 20 years and they charge an outrageous amount for laundry. avoid having laundry done there Room was huge which was not needed for what was in it and the power and light switches were very confusing

Great place and wonderful staff, very helpful and welcoming. A hotel definitely worth recommendation, brand new and well cleaned. Safe and pleasant.

It was a very big room with all amenities that you need also very modern equipment and nice view. Location great for any trips starting in Arusha for safari etc. would definitely recommend could not use the gym but it was very modern and well equipped as well ! Internet was not working unfortunately and AC also not and we could not open a window.
