Comfortable and quiet. Linens are quality luxury and upscale.

Room is clean and spacious, breakfast is good, very close to shopping and dining options. Overall a good stay for the money. Would stay again if come to this area in the future.

My buddy and I went to the Bay area for a baseball game. The hotel is only a few minutes away from the BART station, so it made it easy to get to where we wanted to go. The room was absolutely awesome. The beds were great, and the room was pristine. I'll definitely be back here for my next bay area trip.

Great hotel for the price.

After getting in very late, air conditioning hadn't been on in our top floor room & we didn't want to wait for it to cool down. They immediately moved us to a cool room & was given a very late check out. Very accommodating.

Check in was very easy as well as check out. The room was very clean and larger than I expected. It was very easy to find parking and the lot also had EV chargers. The free breakfast was good. The staff were also very friendly and checked in on us during the breakfast. Overall, would definitely stay here again if I ever visited Pleasanton.

A newer hotel and very clean. The beds were comfortable enough and the rooms were spacious. The breakfast had a good assortment. The front desk was professional and courteous. The pool is shared with the hotel next door.

The property was six months old so it was clean! We loved it.

Enjoyed our 1-night stay here in May 2024. Upon arrival our original room had an issue with the toilet not flushing. Maintenance quickly attempted to fix but let us know they’ll need to relocate us to another. Thankfully there was the exact room type available 2 doors down so it was no hassle. Clean, modern and comfy rooms! We traveled with our almost 2 yr old and the hotel provided a playpin as a crib. Breakfast was as expected. Eggs, protein options, oatmeal, grab n go items, waffle making station, fresh fruit, etc. we did have to flag down the staff to refill on drinks several times but that’s to be expected. My family and I will gladly stay here again !

Clean and quiet!

I had the intentions of staying away 2 nights somewhere quiet with great ratings. As a former resident of Dublin ca for 14 years I’ve never received customer service in this way from any hotel I’ve checked in. When I arrived to hotel to check in rep Liola advised she smelled a smell of cannabis near and advised it was me. I advised her I was just coming from a social event and only smoke outside. She advised that the staff and the hotel guest do no like smell. She also advised that maintenance would complain about any smell and not sure if I would be charged regardless. She also said I should spray perfume or walk around the get rid of the smell. I then advised her I don’t feel comfortable checking in if I am first discriminated against by smell or color. The rep advised her GM heard her and proceeded to offer me points to their hotel rather than an apology for what she said or even a stay as a courtesy. I cancelled with the rep at that moment.. rep advised her general manager then tried to charge me for the whole entire stay and I didn’t I will not ever book here again.

Rooms were clean and bathrooms were very clean. I liked that the towels appeared new and not stained whatsoever. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good with good options. Will definitely stay again if given the opportunity to visit this place.
