We loved our stay at homewood suites. Rooms were clean and very nice. We had a beautiful view over the pool. The only thing was the parking. At night it was very hard to find a parking spot because of all the surrounding restaurants.

It was quiet and clean, and it was nice to take a walk around the area.

We arrived Friday exhausted from the journey in and the front desk staff provided a warm welcome with cold water. With an easy check-in we were able to get to our room on the 6th floor and we were very impressed! Clean, comfortable, modern and spacious. While we didn't use the kitchenette, it was nice to have the option in the event we wanted to use it including all the dishes, pots, pans, cutlery, etc. in the room. PLENTY of dining options along the walkway and lots of fun activities. The daily breakfast was hot and delicious. We wish we could have stayed longer, but would definitely return to Grand Prairie in a heartbeat and stay at Homewood Suites again. Thank you so much for such a hospitable stay!!!

Check-in was simple and quick; the front desk staff was friendly. We were impressed with our room - it was large, modern, and clean! Tons of outlets and ports for devices. The kitchen had all the tools and appliances one might need. We had a great view of the pond and walking trail behind the hotel.
The cleaning staff greeted us every single time they saw us over the three days - that made us feel so welcome!
There was a great breakfast in the mornings. (Thank you for having excellent coffee at breakfast and in the room - a necessity whether you’re traveling for fun or for work!)
Parking was easy and close to the entry. Well-lit at night and felt safe, especially with the police station just next door. We enjoyed a lovely lap around the complex and saw all the attractions and dining options within walking distance.
Checkout was a breeze! Having a noon checkout is a nice and an uncommon luxury. We look forward to having a reason to return to the area so we can stay again!

We had a minor issue with the television connection which was immediately checked on. When it was found that they couldn’t correct the issue in a timely fashion we were quickly upgraded. Manager on duty was amazing and called by name the rest of our stay. Best service I can honestly say we have had in some time!

We loved our stay! Rooms were very spacious for our large family. There is so much to do in the area and all within walking distance. My only complaint is the parking. Because it is such a busy and happening area there should be hotel only parking that is not open to the public. On evenings where there were events it was extremely hard to find a parking spot.

First time staying at a Hilton property in many years. We were really impressed at the overall experience. The property was clean, comfortable, and everything was in working order. The entire staff needs a special callout. I wish I had gotten every single persons name to send to Hilton corporate but I didn’t think about it until I left. Front desk to the cleaning staff were all friendly and helpful. Would stay at this location again without hesitation.

Had an amazing time during our 5 days here! Staff was great and kind. Room was beautiful and we were super comfortable. Pool was an awesome way to cool down in the texas heat! It was great for young kids to swim in! Would absolutely stay here again next time we return to texas!

Newer hotel with spacious room design. We had a bedroom suite with lots of extra space! Busy area with a lot of shopping, restaurants, indoor swimming and sensory playground. Very difficult to find parking on weekend since the hotel is connected to the shopping! Would suggest parking behind the hotel in their lot near the police and fire offices. There is underground covered parking but difficult to find a spot during a busy time! The hotel does not monitor if only guests use this parking or not. We did use the pull out bed. Very comfortable. Ask to have something delivered to your room by the robot helpers at the front desk. So fun for the kids!

This hotel is very clean and the staff was very helpful and nice. There are so many restaurants and events for families in walking distance from this hotel.

The hotel was very nice and the staff was also very nice. My complaints are the room next to us the kids were up all night making banging noises, sounded like they were shooting pellet guns. Also the parking situation was extremely bad. The excuse told to us was that they share the parking with the city. You pay for a room with absolutely no where to park.

Everything about this property was really nice. However, we really had high expectations for the swimming pool which was not open and hadn’t been open since the hotel opened. My children were really looking forward to swimming during our stay and we had to go to a water park and spend additional money. Otherwise everything else was really nice and met our needs.
