We absolutely loved the cabin! It was perfect. Siri was great to book with!

We spent the long weekend with my wife’s family the the cabin was perfect for a large group of multiple families. Having 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms was great. We loved the location and had no issues parking 3 full sized pickup trucks on the driveway.

Loved the property; location is excellent, both close to town, but in a quiet neighborhood with nice views. Saw bears around the house, so keep an eye out. Everything in working order; easy parking for two cars and could have added a third. Had a wonderful time. Thanks

Beautiful area, location, community and home. Although the following things weren’t deal-breakers, they do need attention: Of the 4-seater hot tub, only 1 seat’s jets worked. Ice maker doesn’t work. Dishwasher had black mold in the silverware basket and the heat-to-dry feature doesn’t work. Although we didn’t bring pets, it was obvious that pets have had accidents on the carpet in the basement. Lots of stains and had pet urine odor. Entire home could use a good and thorough deep cleaning. No trash pick up the 7 days we were there. The “bear proof” trash boxes did not keep bears out! They clearly know how to unlatch the metal boxes as we had a couple of trash nightmares that were pretty nasty to clean up…YES, we ALWAYS double-checked the latches.

Overall our cabin was lovely, quite a bit smaller than it appeared in the pictures. We had 6 adults and 1 toddler the kitchen was a bit tight, the main floor bedroom has a king size bed which is great but to get through to the bathroom was a squeeze. (Believe there was a queen size before). For all of us to sit at the table you have to have each person slide in.. and couldn’t get up unless others moved.. The hot tub was quite the entertainment for our 4 year old grandson but only one jet was working for the adults to enjoy. And in the pictures it appeared there was a Mountain View well that picture was taken when the leaves where off the trees. A bit disappointing if the view if that’s what you are looking for. Fantastic location!

This cabin met our needs perfectly. We were in Gatlinburg primarily for a dance competition, and the cabin was perfectly situated to allow us to get into town, but also take advantage of everything in the surrounding area. Instructions are clear, check-in/out was a breeze, the owners were extremely communicative and kind. We had some unforeseen circumstances arrive with respect to our travel plans and they were very understanding. Would highly recommend.

Everything about the property was beautiful and exactly as described. I had two questions once we got there and the property managers responded right away. We will definitely be back!

Very clean and the perfect size and space for our family. The cabin itself could use a little TLC and some updates to bathrooms. With those small improvements it would be perfect!

This cabin is in a great location with easy access to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge yet still far enough away to forget about the traffic of downtown areas. The cabin feels very private even though it is in a neighborhood. The upstairs king bed was very comfortable. The other bedrooms looked cozy too. Next time we stay here we'll bring friends since it has three King Suites, one on each floor. We enjoyed the gas fireplace and the private relaxing hot tub.

Cabin was just as expected. Great size for 8! Loved having three bathrooms. Nice views, close to fun and beds were comfy ( even the sleeper sofa)

Very nice cabin. Excellent communication with owners. Bedrooms and baths in great condition. Kitchen a little small, with limited number of pots and pans for cooking. Great location with close access to grocery shopping and Gatlinburg. Recommend.

The porch had welcoming decor which continued as we walked into the cozy warm cabin. There was a lit Christmas tree and hospitality basket awaiting our arrival. The three bedrooms with bathrooms, one on each level, provided us the privacy we desired. We enjoyed the deck view of fireworks on New Year’s Eve. Since we were busy with other activities, we didn’t get to enjoy the hot tub, billiards table or arcade. We did enjoy the fireplace and adequately equipped kitchen. We all agreed that we would definitely return to this property. The owners were helpful and prompt with their communication.

Loved the cabin, it looked bigger in the pics, mattresses was uncomfortable, but it was nice, and we enjoyed our stay, would definitely stay there again..

We come to the smoked every year. This year's trip to the Black Bear Falls Cain was perfect! Lots of family time around the cozy fireplace! Beds aren't the most comfortable and some of the cabin is outdated, but the decorations and kitchen stock were great!

Very nice property in a location not far from downtown and the park entrance. The group of cabins is on a very hilly road so it was a little difficult for just a few of us to walk dogs. No open space for dogs to run near the cabin. However, many cabins in Gatlinburg are on steep hills. Highly recommend. Owners very responsive to any questions/needs.

Our family stays at this cabin every year and it never disappoints us. The cabin is perfect - it is well stocked, very clean and in an excellent location. Good view of the mountains. The owners are very responsive to any questions we have. There is plenty of room if the family wants alone time, but also if everyone wants to be together. We love the cabin and plan to return again next year!

Perfect small cabin community within minutes of Gatlinburg. The three bedrooms with private bathrooms was a huge hit for the three couples attending.

While we stayed we stayed we saw 5 different bears. One broke into our trashcan.

Went to TN for a family vacation. The cabin was as pictured and the owners were easy to contact and prompt responding to questions. Gatlinburg had alot to offer for all of us

We recently stayed here with a total of 6 adults and 2 kids. Plenty of room in the cabin. We were able to fit 3 vehicles in the driveway. The grill is what I would call a "state park style" grill. Not ideal, but we cooked burgers, steaks, porkchops without any major issues. There's a grocery store nearby which is very helpful. The community pool is within walking distance, however the walk back from the pool is steep. The mattresses are getting close to needing replacement - at least my back didn't hurt when I woke up in the mornings. Lastly, there's a smallish bear (130 lbs or so) that was roaming the property all week while we were there. Saw him multiple times walking right by the cabin. Will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Due to this being a mountainous region, the roads to the cabin were narrow with drop offs at edge of the road and blind intersections with fast moving local traffic, so navigation to and from the cabins was treacherous - especially at night or in the rain. You had to drive to visit any of the attractions which meant you had to pay parking fees downtown that you would not have to pay if you were staying in a hotel downtown. On the plus side the accommodations were comfortable and suitable for our family and we enjoyed our stay.

The house was very nice. The rooms where nice and large. The owners where great to work with.

This cabin is beautiful and we’ve stayed in this community before. We saw black bears, and it’s quiet. The cabin had all the amenities we expected, though we couldn’t watch TV. The technology is about 15 years olds. All TVs sold told are SMART, but you couldn’t stream on these, so no Netflix or renting movies. There were 4 remotes and we couldn’t figure them out. We got cable on the main TV but that was it, we couldn’t get it in the bedrooms and I couldn’t change channels or sound in the bedroom. TVs are not expensive, at these rates, a user-friendly experience with technology should be the norm. The bed on the main floor needs to be changed, it’s sagging on the right side. This caused for some uncomfortable nights for my wife. Still 4 stars because this cabin is great but, disappointed with these two areas.

The black bear falls neighborhood is wonderful. Very close to downtown Gatlinburg but out of the downtown hustle and bustle. This cabin is close to the entrance and only a mile from the grocery store. We had two bear encounters in the driveway during our week there so the name of the cabin is appropriate. Unfortunately for us, the microwave was broken when we arrived and a replacement was not available until after our booking. The owners were nice when corresponding but anytime I messaged them through VRBO the responses were slow.

Loved the privacy and quiet this property afforded our family of 5. The owner quickly remedied a couple issues we had. Place is well appointed. Loved the hot tub, back porch and the game room. Do note the steep terrain.
