We enjoyed our stay. The house was pretty much as described. Pros- plenty of room, big yard, 15 minutes from downtown, very easy commute, plenty of hot water for 10 people, safe neighborhood. Quick responses from host. Cons- A little issue when we arrived, the front door could not be unlocked ( the wrong lock was locked so even with the code we couldn’t open it.) turned out the side door was unlocked. The house needs a really good dusting, all vents, baseboards and windows were very dirty. The king.bedroom upstairs comforter had a huge stain (I washed it myself and the stain still didn’t come out). The driveway is a single drive, very narrow with the neighbors driveway connecting. I felt bad for the neighbors because we had two big trucks and even us pulling as close to the house as possible the neighbors still had a hard time squeezing through. We did not feel like parking in the street would be safe for the trucks. The grass was very long when we arrived, I sent in a request to have it mowed and someone came out that afternoon! Quick service! We had a party of 10, there was not enough bath towels maybe 3 in the entire house, no hand towels no rags. We had to go out and purchase them (just wish we would have known to bring our own). Also, it was advertised as having a grill so we bought stuff to have a bbq and there was no grill in sight! They did have grilling utensils. Firepit in backyard does not work well.

This was a nice home in a nice area. Will stay again.

We had fun at this house (& in Memphis overall) as 2 families traveling with kids. The little putting green in the back provided great entertainment for the kids & we enjoyed sitting around the fire pit in the evenings. We had a couple of bumps along the way while staying here. First, there was no toilet seat on one of the toilets which which we were told the maintenance person would be coming to fix the next day but they did not show until later in the afternoon 2 days later. On our third day staying here power went down (to no fault of the owner) through both of these the company hosting was very gracious, checking in and responding quickly to communications. I was disappointed, though, that we forgot a bag (my fault!) in one of the closets so I messaged the hosting company after we arrived home to let them know where it was. They responded asking what it looks like and what would be in it which I answered. They claim to have not found the bag -- be sure to triple check (we checked every other room) before leaving if you stay here or you're things will go missing.

We loved it!

Didn’t think there was much pride regarding the property, grass needed to be mowed, porch wasn’t swept so we constantly brought leaves and dirt into the living room. The one bedroom the beds were not completely made(bottom sheet only) only one towel upstairs- no problem for us to carry up the steps. Upstairs bathroom tub would not drain. An order of groceries were left on the front porch: ingredients for Alfredo chicken with asparagus, summer squash, broccoli, spinach, bottled water, chicken thighs, ribeye steak and ingredients to make a blueberry white cake… couldn’t let it go to waste!

This home was everything you see and more. We were less than 15 minutes from Graceland, Sun Studio, The Civil Rights Museum and Beale street. The home is cosy with games, tv’s, great spots for pictures and I can’t leave out the putting green. The neighbors were very friendly and the beds were great. Our group ranged from 28-71 years old and I would take us back to this home anytime we go to Memphis. Kelly is great. She replied quickly and went the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed! If you are headed to Memphis, look no further for a great place to stay and make memories.

This property was a great find! It was clean with modern furnishing. The beds were super comfortable and the layout provided ample space for all of us.
