Beautiful modern and spotless apartment in a great location.

There were many young and noisy guests staying in the apartment block during the weekend we were there which was unfortunate.

Muy muy limpio! Camas cómodas y cocina muy bien equipada. El personal muy atento y instrucciones claras.

The room was incredible. A beautiful view. Clean. Comfy. Well stocked. Easy to find. Good location. Very simple check in and out.

Parking. I understand this should change when the construction is complete, but some of the parking that is available is even taken by construction vehicles.

The communication was clear. Tips were useful and guided me throughout my stay. What i particularly like is dedication from host to answer any question from guest at any time.

Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, super geräumig und super modern eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen wieder.

We were globally delighted with our stay at Adler apartments Sasbachwalden. The arrival was easy because well indicated by our hosts, the village and the view is picturesque and we had a real bowl of fresh air among the vines and the mountains. The location is practical as well because it is in the middle of everything: Black Forest, baden baden, Freiburg, Strasbourg and so on. The apartment was modern and comfortable, everything is brand new, some of the dishes even still had a label on them. The equipment in the kitchen was perfect, from the oven to the fridge and coffee machine. The showers were spacious and the beds really good. The walls were perfectly soundproof so you can have a quiet night resting after a long walking day. The VMC worked perfectly to renew the air inside the appartement. Our hosts were really kind and made everything in their power to make our pleasant. We already plan to come back there next year or even before.

we don’t have negative points but mostly points of improvement, which would be first to send the different information about the apartment automatically both in German and in English for we don’t speak well German and had to ask for the translation to our hosts. The tourist tax to pay cash, we hardly use cash anymore in Belgium and we had to count our every last coins we had to make it good, why not propose the card or PayPal? The doors’ handles were one sided, from the inside of each room, which means that if you close the door from the outside and forget your key inside you won’t be able to access your things. Fortunately we noticed that before closing every room. Having two sided handles would be an improvement. The kitchen had no window and we missed a bit of luminosity in there so we had to put one of the lamps on the table. The living room was strangely arranged, because there was the couch and another bed in it, we couldn’t close the door of that room, we would have preferred to have a proper spacious living room to eat there or be in family, but that’s a personal choice. Having myself a genetic muscular disease, we had booked at Alder because it had saunas in every apartments, which is very soothing for my sore legs. We had planned to go to the sauna every evening but unfortunately, the sauna didn’t work. Same thing for the tv. Melanie and Armin are new to hosting and kindly made everything in their power to make it right with a technician. There was no quick solution during our stay so they offered a consequent commercial gesture and will arrange those problems for the future guests. We would definitely come back there though, in another apartments maybe, because the 4 bedrooms one was a bit particular but we’re sure that the others are great. Besides, the landscape here is so great and the different walks you can do around there so beautiful that Melanie and Armin were right choosing this place to launch their activity.
