This property is fantastic for a beachfront getaway! The townhome was clean, it had all the amenities we needed, host were accommodating, and it’s located steps away from the beach. The area is not too crowded & there are lots of great restaurants near. Our family enjoyed staying here & will rent again!

My family and I enjoyed our stay to the fullest. The home is equipped with all the necessary amenities. The home is easy to get to and parking is a huge plus, especially if traveling with children. Upon arrival the home was so nice and cool inside, which we really appreciated. When walking out back, the beach is just steps away, which was AWESOME!!! You can also rent chairs and sit under an umbrella all day (which we did). We also thought having an outdoor shower was great because it allowed us to get all the sand off. There are many amazing restaurants in the area or you can venture down 30A. This home is absolutely perfect for families. The host is very communicative and very accommodating. We all loved the condo and the location. The beach was not crowded at all where the condo is. Will be back!

We visited Blue Mountain Beach to celebrate our 25th Wedding Anniversary! This amazing property was everything it was shared to be and MORE! Perfect location, beautiful ocean view, and breathtaking sunrises and sunsets! The owner was more than accommodating with assisting us with special requests and everything that we needed!

This place is perfect in every possible way! This is the first time that I have stayed along 30A and felt like it was worth what I was paying. Every little detail inside the townhome is so beautifully done! The owners are very kind and answer any questions you might have very quickly! It is within walking distance to many great places like Blue Mountain Creamery. There is plenty of easy parking and it is easy to get in and out. The kitchen is huge and well-stocked. We love to cook and it had everything we needed. The pictures don't do justice to all of the beautiful details and colors all around. There is a big window looking out at the ocean in the living room. You can just walk right onto the deck and step down and it just a small distance to the stairs down to the ocean. It is quiet up at the townhome and the beach is quiet because it is private. We rented chairs through LDV and they did a great job. There are two chairs like the ones you can rent up at the townhome that you can carry down if you'd like. There is also an outdoor shower and faucet to rinse your body or feet before coming back in from the beach. There is plenty of privacy on the deck and on the balcony that looks over the ocean upstairs. There are big glass doors in the master bedroom that opens to a wonderful balcony. You can see the amazing view from the master bathroom too! The bathrooms are very nice and there is plenty of hot water! Even for 6! It was perfect and so relaxing! I hope we can return!

We had an amazing week stay and will absolutely be back. The home is very comfortable and has an amazing location steps away from the beach. They did not miss a detail when renovating and decorating the home - the sheets were so soft, stocked kitchen, comfortable furniture. You can’t beat this location. You’re steps from a private beach, a short walk to the bakery and shops and have pool access for when the kids get beached out. We will definitely return next year!

Great overall experience! The house is well maintained, updated interior & great location to the beach!
