Carpets were actually sticky and so old. We had to go to the nearest Fred Meyer to get slippers so we could feel somewhat comfortable. There were holes in the bathroom walls. Water pressure in shower and sink was horrible. It took me so long to wash anything out of my hair. The sink would clog if you kept it on more than just a trickle. The bed was so uncomfortable that instead of tossing and turning all night we ended up checking out at around 5:30AM to begin our drive home because that was a better solution than having to stay there any longer. The staff were very dry and a little rude. I was walking downstairs and a cleaning lady came around the corner at the same time I did and I believe I started her so I apologized and she didn’t say anything but SHOUTED to me “PLEASE DON’T RUN!”. (Which I wasn’t…) The overall vibe wasn’t great. I would not recommend especially if you are looking for a nice beach get away. We are not picky either and I am never one to leave a bad review! I usually just pick up and move on. But this was a little much for even us. We didn’t feel welcomed, and were uncomfortable the entire time. We will never be back. Hopefully my review can save you some headache.

The property is clean and a good place to sleep. It’s not newly renovated and on par with the other Motels around… Probably a step above. 3 stars.

Great location for my stay

The room was roomy and comfortable. The location was convenient to the activities we were engaged in. The staff was friendly and professional.

The bed was comfortable. The sink drain was cracked.

the checkin/out was great and the room was very nice. Was a little noisy at times as looks like traveling workers stay here alot, but they quieted down when it was evening. They don't allow cooking/sitting around outside so that is a plus so when it was evening no noise....very quiet. I would for sure stay there again and even acquired if they have special monthly rates as I also travel for the company I work for.

Appears to be a family owned and operated property. It didn't have an ironing board and only one night stand but those were minor inconveniences. Some of the furniture was outdated but had a new TV, vanity mirror and most importantly the bed. It was very comfortable and we slept good. It was also clean. We would stay again

Very dated. Needs a complete refresh inside and out. So noisy! Traffic noise and walls are paper thin separating rooms. Friendly check-in and room was clean. Plenty of hot water.

I found the room extremely clean and the bed was one of the most comfortable hotel or motel beds I’ve ever slept in. It’s an older place but staff obviously puts forth effort to keep it clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay again

The renovations were nice. Could use updated furniture to go with the new floors and linens. Floor was needing mopped. Friendly staff.

Great value and convenient place to stay while exploring the Southern Oregon Coast and Redwoods. The room was comfortable and clean. Check in staff is very friendly and helpful. Mattie’s Pancake House is next door for a great breakfast. The motel is right off 101 so you do hear some traffic noise but it isn’t bad unless you’re a light sleeper. The TV has chrome cast capabilities but we could never get a signal to watch regular tv channels. But I would stay here again for sure.

Very noisy at night. Metal bed frame was noisy as well as upstairs people and people next door. The motel may be haunted. We heard many bumps in the night.

Good, quick easy place to stay if you’re looking for a single night on the road. Perfect for what it is. Friendly staff. Easy parking and easy to head out in the morning.

Staff was friendly and accomodating; there are adequate options for food and services near the hotel. The room was very clean and the property and parking lot seemed safe. Excellent value for the price.

Very clean, affordable room, which is all we really needed. My only complaint is the road noise was very noticable all night long, and the AC unit didn't have a continual fan option for heat or AC only for fan only. If we could have had the heat on with the fan running continuously it would've completely drowned the road noise out. But we had a nice stay and would still recommend it to others!

Outside could use a coat of paint and though the room was clean, the bed comfortable and the hot water plentiful, overall, the room seemed a bit average for the price. TV had MANY channel options but was somewhat difficult for me to operate. No breakfast offered. Staff (owner?) was friendly.

Front office small, uninviting, not very friendly. Room insulation not up to par. I could hear people next to me talking in regular voices. However, room was clean. Everything worked.
