Crawling roaches on the floor, bed and bathroom.

Horrible Experience. Open door to the room and left never came back. Rather take a loss then have to be in a hotel this bad

Was unable to even stay in the room due to hazard fluids all over. Urine, blood and other stains all over bed, mattress, floors etc. Reception could not accommodate switching us to a different/cleaner room and stated to contact hotels.com for a refund and that they would manually approve it (we had booked a non refundable fare). We left and immediately contacted hotels.com explaining the situation. They called the hotel to get the refund approved, and were met with radio silence stating they were “too busy at the moment and call at a later time”. Hotels.com continued to reach out multiple times (sending us updates via email) and after a week let us know they had to unfortunately close the case because the hotel had started blocking their calls regardless of what method they tried to communicate with them. Extremely disappointed in the motel. We understand honoring the non refundable policy if they would have been able to actually provide us a safe room without bodily fluids all over, or even at least cleaning it again so we could actually physically stay in the room. But because they could not provide us a room, stated they would approve a refund and then dodge all phone calls for approval from the booking company, this is an extremely shady and unsanitary motel. -100/10 do not recommend.

The room was run down, there was a table that made it difficult to get to the bathroom easily. But then again I didn't really pay much.

We didn’t like the facility. They had signs all around the parking area saying “do not work on cars in the lot”, “stop human trafficking”, and other signs that were not pleasant. We didn’t feel safe even though it was daylight. The room smelled and was not very well kept. It seemed as though it was 50’s or 60’s attire. Very run down. We ended up not staying and finding other arrangements for our stay.

Nothing is like the picture on expedia.com. the manager or owner whoever he is said it would take 45 minutes to clean the bathroom that didn't happen we sat in the hot car with two esa dogs one is a husky and was getting sick. My sister called and he argued with her and said it would be another hour for the room to be clean that was unacceptable so finally they gave us a different room it was supposed to be 15 and they gave us 16 as soon as I walked in I could smell a funny smell they turned on the air conditioner and lo and behold it was freon from the air conditioner we got deathly sick and didn't know that the time and kept the room kept on getting hotter and hotter so we opened the door she called up to whoever he is which he got mad yelled at her hung up and then the maintenance man came checked it out he agreed with us and said he would go talk to whoever the guy was. Then the guy came screaming at us that he wasn't going to give us a refund and that if we had our dogs on leashes which they were leashed and said that he'd get us a new air conditioner. The people next door to us they should have the cops called on them it was awful they tried to get in our bedroom in our room basically and it was there in 15 that they were in the guy was a nightmare treating that little baby bad I would never ever want to go back there or hopefully anybody else go back there. It also had cockroaches under the sink it leaked and smelled the fire alarm did not work. And the TV did not work

Terrible room

Sketchy is an understatement! It is not safe!! Prostitutes and drug dealers are living there. The room was beyond filthy.

Place is dirty with white towels that were gray. The microwave had not been cleaned. When I opened it a foul order. I clean the fridge so I could put my water. I stayed another day because I was sick. The bathtub, sink I cleaned and the toilet. The room was dirty and the floors. I would give it an F rating. I paid over 70 for the 2 days and 86 to stay for the extra night.

Door wasn't very secure. Had to use my devoces to secure it. Bath was O.K. Not great, just O.K. It was clean, but marks around. Toilet was relatively new. Good fridge and m/w. Both dated. but worked well. Clean sheets, no discoloration. Had a strange table/dresser with padded top

I knew it was a motel/Inn but it was dirty. The sheets and towels had stains. They had curtains as bed sheets. The beds were awful.

The room i was given ad bedbugs. the room they tried to replace it with had roaches.

Stinky room,bathroom in bad condition leaky shower the tub had a lot of dark spots toilet seat in bad condition,people with dogs barking in the middle of the night too noisy no place to seat and only one working light unpleasant stay

I wouldn’t book this place in the future. Terrible place to stay and they make copy of my credit card and Id card. No hotel or motel ever make this type of copy. I have to canceled and get new credit card for this.

My body is itching.sheets were dirty and with hairs no towels in room dogs barking cats meowing all night!!! Old bed uneven and floppy mattress stay is worth $10-15 dlls not $104

Needed a last minute room due to the weather drove in without a reservation and was accommodated quickly and in my room with within a matter of minutes very grateful for these guys!!

Walked in to having to kill a cockroach . Bathroom needs a complete remodel, counter delaminated and rotten. However , bed was amazingly soft and room was adequately dark enough to go right to sleep.

We left the place we went somewhere else and lost our money
