There are no words to adequately express our time in South Yarmouth! Tally, our property contact was so wonderful! Any time we reached out, Tally responded in a short period of time with follow up thereafter. We had an initial issue with the gas grill; someone was out within 30 minutes! They were back out within 15 on another day when the grill ran out of gas. The home itself was great! Despite no window ac units in the first floor bedrooms, the window unit in the living area kept the entire first floor cool. Upstairs had a units, and kept those bedrooms very comfortable. The location was perfect for us! We will definitely consider staying here again in the future.

Everything was great and just as pictured. The house was clean and well appointed and the location was excellent. We had to fill the propane tanks to enjoy the grill and fire pit but overall we were very pleased. I highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again.

Our family stay was just great. House has everything we needed. A couple of suggestions: a toilet tissue holder and towel racks in the bathrooms. Other than the suggestions all exceeded our expectations.

We had a wonderful stay at this house in Cape Cod! The house was clean and large enough, offering plenty of room for our family of 6 to relax comfortably. Although the house did not have central air conditioning, the window units helped keep the house cool for our stay during a heat wave. The owner was also responsive and provided some helpful tips about the area. Overall, the home was lovely and we enjoyed our stay.

This place is beautiful and everything provided was clean / very nice. Everything from the bed sheets to the handy Kuerig coffee maker. Clean tidy house and a beautiful yard. The showers are modern and excellent. Tucked away and quiet but not totally secluded either, perfect. Right near 6A and other major roads and close by to restaurants (Captain Parkers and Tolys were great.) We would stay here again in a heart beat. Thank you.
