I was on the property for a couple of nights recently. The second morning, I woke up to a TV that did not work. I called the front desk and the dispatch maintenance, who said they needed to point the remote behind the TV to operate. I thought that was improper, so I went to the front desk, and the rep moved me next door. I went back to check the remote, and I went into another room that was being cleaned. I borrowed the remote; however, it did not work in my room or the room she moved me to. So, I went back down, and I was forced to another room on the 2nd floor. I went back up to that room, and the remote worked, so I moved everything down to that room. So I returned the room card to the front desk and asked if I could get a discount because of the inconvenience. Cassady was receiving the request and gave me $25 off my 2nd-night stay. I took it, but I also explained to her that I was a Dialysis patient who had to carry all of his equipment to another room and that I was a frequent hotel visitor. So I thought $25 was a slap in the face as an offer of discount. i was hoping that the hotel would do a better job of taking of me.

Great place to spend the night on a road trip. Good breakfast. Helpful and nice staff. Enjoyed a fantastic dinner at Seafood King nearby. Bed was comfy but pillows could be a little better.

The customer service was great! I arrived early, tired from traveling. The front desk accommodated me.

Wow, this was such a great find! This NEW hotel still had that fresh construction smell to it in June 2023. Staff was efficient, yet friendly. Everything is so new and clean. There are only a few, small hotels around it so it was very quiet. I was traveling with my dog so was afraid the dog-friendly room would be smelly or dirty, but was spotless and had that same great new smell as the rest of the hotel. I felt safe taking my pup for his morning walk around the property. This was super convenient to the highway and has a new Starbucks two blocks away so I was really happy. Oh, and great breakfast. All around a great stay!

While checking in my reservation was cancelled. I had a hard time getting help with that mistake on Hampton Inn or Orbitz part. The gentleman at the front desk (Jeff) was very helpful. He was able to get the reservation back after one hour. The only reason I would book again at location will be because of Jeff.

This was an excellent facility and was very clean.

Great hotel that is only 6 months old. We only stayed one night but it was very clean. It’s outside the city. Very nice! Would stay again!

My husband and I needed a 1 night stay and we picked this hotel and we were absolutely thrilled at the level of customer service and the cleanliness of the hotel every where was absolutely spic and span n not to mention the aura of the entire building and the smell was heavenly. I absolutely loved everything and I highly recommend staying there over n repeatedly

Perfect for a quick stay. Clean and had everything we needed. Great location and down the street from major stores, restaurants, and gas stations.

I was ready to make this my go to hotel for now on for soccer tournaments in the area. Great location and obviously newly renovated. I could still smell the new carpet and other things. Had a spacious king studio with fridge and microwave. Plenty of plugs and charging ports everywhere. Very modern and up to date. Free got breakfast. Great for those early soccer games. I didn't ever see any employees like front desk. Had fell in love with this hotel until the last night. My biggest phobia in life. A roach so huge I had a panic attack. I don't do roaches at all. Ewww. First 5 minutes there it was a bug in the bathroom. Idk what kind but i thought nothing of it. If it wasn't for the roach I would be giving 5 stars!!!

I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel, which had great service. I even had a store that turned out the power for a few hours and canceled the internet, and the GM credited my stay half price. My only concern was our room had a direct view of the hotel next door, and we could see their employees out back smoking and lounging, which was not a good look.
