The variety for breakfast was good. Location is good but the road is narrow. Staff were attentive when we needed.

As I am not a local it's better if at least one of the staff can speak in English. Toiletries were not proper.

This is an exceptional property. Surrounded by beautiful mountains and an apple garden , this property is a beauty in the woods. Hampta pass is close as well as mall road which is around 3-4kms.

Liked the staff and how accommodating they were wrt to sending up breakfast to our room and allowing us a late check-out at 6.30. Also great views from the balcony if you take a deluxe room.

No heating system in the room and they charge you extra for heaters and the rooms are really really cold. The location is extremely interior and you cannot find any auto or bus to get to the mall road or old manali. Taxi will charge you 500 for a round trip. However, the hotel is good but I would suggest to not book anything via their travel desk - Manali tours. Their travel desk incharge Mr.Happy is absolutely useless and you will end up coordinating everything in spite of paying the entire amount. To add to it the driver we got on the first 2 days of our tour kept asking us to hurry up and was in a hurry to just drop us back at the hotel and go home. DO NOT use their travel desk services if you want to enjoy a decent holiday.

Booked with breakfast and at starting they denied to give breakfast later they agreed.. this is not how u treat your customers after sending so many clients

Awesome location, clean and spacious room with awesome view, helpful and cooperative service staff.

Complimentary pickup drop as mentioned with booking was not available as the offer had expired in Nov-2022 as per the manager. Felt misguided. Had to arrange pickup on my own. However on insisting they arranged for drop.

Amazing views from the balcony, clean rooms and nice and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Every food was good but butter chicken was not upto the mark.

Rooms were clean. Only if there was heating place then it would have been exceptional. Staff was very supportive, on time service. It was a Hassle free stay.
