We thoroughly enjoyed our 10-day stay at this villa. The house was immaculately decorated, the appliances high end and the view from the lanai was very relaxing. We loved having coffee out there early in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening. The complimentary shuttle to the beach and area restaurants was an additional perk.
This villa has everything you need to feel “at home” while on vacation in beautiful Kapalua Maui.

Will come back again for sure. Great location and very nice place! The beaches are about 1/2 mile and require walking down hill easy but up the hill is tough after drinking a few Kona beers on the beach. The shuttle is good as well. We played 5 rounds of golf - super windy in July! We ate at several great places and had dessert at the Ritz. Katerina was awesome!

The property is very well setup with all the amenities one can ask for. The host was super responsive and helped us out with a bunch of requests as we were traveling with an infant. The location is pretty spectacular with everything in the Kapalua/Napili areas accessible on foot or with the free Kapalua shuttle.

Wonderful accommodations in a peaceful environment! We loved the sunsets over the golf course with the ocean in the horizon. We were able to walk or take a short car ride everywhere we needed to go. Would definitely stay here again!

This condo has been beautifully remodeled with expert craftsmanship and attention to detail. The hosts were wonderful, attending to every detail and very good communicators.

Kapalua Bay is my favorite beach in Hawaii! And it's so hard to find anything modern in the area so when I saw this listing I had to book it :)
The place has been recently remodeled with top-notch finishes and furnished with pieces from high-end stores including Restoration hardware!
I cannot imagine a better place to stay. Everything was just perfect!

I loved everything about my stay. The condo itself exceeded my expectations. It is a newly remodeled unit. I was a bit hesitant since the images of the property were digital drawings. But this owner had another unite at the same complex and the reviews were great, so I went for it. The location is great. It only a short walk to the beach. I think it took us about 7 minutes to reach the beach. The beach is lovely with calm water. I would love to come back here with my kids. The fist time I went swimming there was a turtle swimming next to me. What a treat! The interior is high end. Everything is tasteful with tropical vibe. It felt like hotel sweet. The unit overlooks the golf field which a great place to have sunset walk. The kitchen had everything for cooking or even entertaining. The property has several pools, but we went to the beach twice a day instead. Sunsets at the beach are also a great way to end the day which we did. Unit had everything we needed and more. Things like beach stuff like chairs, umbrella, towels, cooler, beach mat. Nice touch was a yoga mat. I did my stretches on the luau in the morning. The grocery store is 5 minutes away by car. It is located in a small plaza that has other businesses like restaurants, diving shop and so on. There is a restaurant at the end of the beach and there are restaurants at the hotels all in walking distance. Katerina was very responsive and sweet. We are very happy with our stay!

Upon entering the condo, the first thing that caught my eye was the state-of-the-art kitchen with high-end appliances. The fully equipped kitchen made meal preparation a breeze, and it was a pleasure to whip up breakfasts, lunches, and dinners in this well-appointed space.
The condo's modern design was a testament to luxury and comfort. The open-concept living area was thoughtfully decorated with contemporary furnishings that exuded both style and functionality. Plush seating and a large, flat-screen TV made it the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring the island. The floor-to-ceiling windows offered panoramic views of the lush golf course, allowing us to watch golfers pass by while savoring a glass of wine.
One of the standout features of this condo was its proximity to a beautiful beach. Just a short stroll away, the sandy shoreline and crystal-clear waters beckoned us to relax and unwind.
But the most memorable moments were undoubtedly the sunsets we witnessed from the condo's private balcony. The combination of the golf course greenery and the ocean sparkling waters created a mesmerizing backdrop for this nightly spectacles. It's a slice of paradise you won't want to leave!

I had the most incredible experience at this brand new luxury 3-bedroom, 4-bathroom villa in the heart of Kapalua. The location was a dream, being within walking distance to several stunning beaches like Napili Bay, Kapalua Bay, Ironwoods, and DTFleming. The breathtaking views of the golf course with 100-year-old Monkey Pod trees, along with the majestic Molokai and Lanai mountains and the sparkling blue ocean, left me in awe every day.One of the highlights of this villa was the two separate living spaces, each with its own lanai. This allowed us to fully embrace the beauty of the surroundings and enjoy the fresh air from both floors. The built-in espresso machine was a delightful touch, giving us a perfect start to each morning.The bedrooms were a haven of privacy and comfort, ensuring a restful and rejuvenating stay. We absolutely loved spending time at the large pool and barbecue area, creating wonderful memories with our loved ones.The convenience of the shuttle service was beyond our expectations, always quick to come and take us wherever we wanted to go. The host's accommodation was exceptional, making us feel welcomed and cared for throughout our stay.
Additionally, the attached 2-car port made it incredibly convenient to transport our luggage and groceries without any hassle.In conclusion, this property is truly amazing, offering an unparalleled luxury experience in the heart of Kapalua.
