This property was clean and super easy to check in. Nice bonus that there was usuable silverware if you needed and a coffee maker for my wife. I will say the property is larger inside than I expected which is a pleasant bonus. We stayed for two nights and will absolutely be back.

We had a wonderful stay. The texas 2 step was clean and very welcoming. A great space for 2 people. Charming with all the essentials and added special touches. I highly recommend this place

We loved our stay in this charming cottage. Great location in a quiet tucked away neighborhood. It is bigger than we expected and very cute inside. Easy check in and out and great communication from owner! Definitely recommend for a couples getaway!

This was the perfect place for our weekend getaway. Cute, roomy accommodations, close enough to downtown Fredericksburg for us, that we walked into town and avoided the crazy weekend traffic.

Had a great trip and and wonderful stay at the Texas Two Step B&B. The place was awesome and delivered as advertised. Clean, convenient to Main St and very peaceful. We will definitely be back. From booking to check out, the entire process was smooth and easy.

We've been to Fredericksburg for the last 13+ years and have stayed at numerous b and b's and have never been as impressed as we were here. Great quiet location and the owners were great to work with! Beautiful property!

The house is much larger than appears , my bad , I did not realize it has a step in every room, my husband has MS but made it ok , rooms are large and shower was great for us

This stay was perfect for me and my girlfriend, it was close enough to Main Street to be near everything we needed to get to but just far enough to have some seclusion and alone time, the guest house is nicely decorated with a hill country flair. The bed was large and comfortable. If I make another trip to Fredericksburg I will definitely stay here again

There was not any body soap or enough toilet paper. Not a big deal as I got some at the dollar store but just a recommendation for next guests.

This guest house was perfect for us! We stayed two nights and had a great time! Everything was cute and clean. This place came with continental breakfast options and coffee with all the fixins. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved our 3 night stay at the Texas Two Step B & B . The owners were very nice and this place had everything we needed. Loved having the fireplace in the bedroom which we used on our last night because it got down to 32 degrees outside. We will definitely come again and definitely recommend to others. You will not be disappointed.

Overall, had a great experience. Property was close to main street but a bit of a hike if you wanted to walk, which we did not. A lot bigger than it looks in the photos. Only complaint I have is the TV in the living room would randomly flicker, but we didn't spend much time in there so it wasn't a big deal.
