Had a group of 12 friends looking to have a fantasy draft and be on the beach and this property delivered. Right on the water in a private location, with ample beds and room for everyone. Property management was super responsive and helpful. Only issue was the pool not being ready, which we were expecting to be done based on their info on the listing. But all good and would book again!

Beautiful place and convenient to lots of things

My family and I stayed in the house for just under a week. It is a beautiful rental and we enjoyed our time here. However, we did have some issues. There is an elevator in the home (there are 5 floors) and the elevator was not always functional. This was despite following the instructions posted on the door and insuring we were closing all the doors properly. Bringing luggage in and out was a nightmare. We also has a ceiling leak on the second floor during the first day of our stay, this caused us to be down one bathroom the entire stay. Maintenance was very helpful and were glad to fix the issue but it would involved us being out of the home so that he could fully assess the issues. We rented this place so that we could enjoy it, not be out and about. The dishwasher had standing water in it following one use. We were unable to use it again. This rental was quite expensive so the expectation, as with any rental, is that everything is fully functional. We were also not able to use the pool during our stay, however, we did have an agreement with the property owner regarding this. For anyone thinking of renting this property I would attempt to ensure these issues have been fixed. 30A is very responsive to maintenance issues, it just put a damper on your trip to have to continue contacting them regarding things.

We enjoyed everything about stay. Even though the pool was not available we had a great time on the beach.
