When we arrived, the tap of the sink was full of water… really disgusting. Asked them to fix it at 15:00 and later at night around 21:00 we had a text message from them saying that it was fixed, but it wasn’t. We where 4 and needed to use it so we called them, they suggested to use the shared bathroom in the kitchen, but was full of people and it was late. They didn’t had any room free or thats what they said… so they send us to use a bathroom from a small room in the 3rd floor (our bedroom was of the 5th) and thats how we spend our day there, stairs up, stairs down. Nobody fixed it. Also at night, the bed was under the roof with really small space, a bit claustrophobic. There was a lot of noise from a party going on under the building, the windows let all the noise came in, even closed. And we could hear the other people sleeping on the room next to us talking till more than midnight, paper walls.

No elevator- had to carry the luggages up to 5 th floor. Room is small.

The location is wonderful, close to most of the attractions. The room was very clean, and we had a stunning view! There is no elevator in the building, so you will need to carry your suitcase upstairs. There is also a luggage room in case you want to leave some items downstairs to avoid carrying everything up. The room is very small, but it was perfect for a short stay for two people.

Åpent takvindu når vi kom. Regnet på sengen. Ingen innsjeklkfør 15, skråtak helt ned i seng.

Very new furnishings throughout, including an especially well equipped bathroom with a great shower. Entry area includes a minifridge and microwave. High ceilings. Very comfortable bed. Beautiful building in a very central part of town, walkable to Bryggen and other points of interest.

The code to enter the property and room is quite long (I eventually memorized mine, but was worried about forgetting it if my phone died). There's a nearby bar or club which was a little loud at night but I slept through it just fine.

Modern appartement met nieuw meubilair. Staf is goed te bereiken en pakte meteen probleem van een te warme kamer aan door een ventilator te plaatsen.

Geen mogelijkheid tot ventilatie in kamer 311. Vrijdag tot 3 a.m. en zaterdagnacht wakker gehouden door indringende muziek van nabijgelegen cafe/nachtclub. Verwacht geen king/queensize bed. Houdt rekening met een bed van 140-150 cm breed.

Instructions for entry was very easy using a code. It was in a good location just a walk to shops restaurants. It was very clean and very good value. There was a fridge and kettle which was very useful as 7 eleven very close by

It was very small but really that was not a problem and of course lots of steps up to it too
