Great location. Hated the sheets. They were microfiber, Ill-fitting and too hot. Fitted sheet would not stay on bed.

Best condo in Cocoa Beach, very clean and comfortable. The check in was uncomplicated and the guest service was extremely friendly and helpful. The condo is equipped with everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Stay directly at the beach with a great pool in front of your patio. We had a wonderful trip and really would love to come back there. Thanks to “Stayincocoabeach”!

We had a great stay at Cocoa Beach and the Cocoa Beach Club. The unit was immaculate, spacious and completely updated. Everything we needed was there. We didn't use the beach chairs nor cooler being we brought our own. We also brought our own beach towels for the beach. We only used the unit's beach towels for the pool. Having a washer and dryer was a definite plus as was covered parking. We will definitely return to this unit provided it is available for our next vist to Cocoa Beach.

The only issue we had was being yelled at by the property manager. My grand daughter had a floatation device at the pool and the lady manager told us that it wasn't allowed so we removed it from pool and set it aside. The male manager came through and threatened to cut it up and throw it away and then threw it over the fence. None of that was necessary

The rental process was very easy and I feel that all aspects of the rental procedures were explained to me fully. This rental was a great find and made for an awesome trip!

We have just come back from the most amazing family holiday. It is our first one abroad since COVID so we wanted to make some special memories for various big occasions happening during lockdown and we weren't disappointed. After a busy week at the parks with the kids we wanted a week to relax by the beach and this villa was just the icing on the cake. It was perfectly located right on the beach with just a few minutes walk to the pier. The pool was great and the kids loved spending the day between there and the beach. The villa was very well equipped with beach stuff to use which was really handy to have the umbrella for the kids to get some shade from the mid day sun. All in all it was just the perfect end to a fab holiday and we wouldn't hesitate in going back to the Cocoa Beach Club. All of us enjoyed it so much and were very sad to be leaving.

Comfortable with all the necessary amenities. Steps form the beach and pool. We had a fab family vacation here!

We enjoyed our stay at this location! The only thing that needs to be improved upon is the kitchen needs to be more equipped with necessities and it needs a lot more linens. We had to wash towels and washcloths every day bc of the lack of fresh linens. Overall it’s a quiet place and it’s super nice being on the beach.

I brought my daughter, granddaughter and great grandkids for vacation. We were supposed to go last year but had to cancel because of covid and my granddaughter decided to have another baby at the time we were to be there. I was able to transfer my deposit to this year, it worked perfectly! My great granddaughter, age 8, was super excited upon entering the condo, which looked exactly as the pictures showed. We loved the area, swimming pool right out our patio, beach a short path away, Cocoa Beach pier within walking distance. There were a few small things that were either broken to or didn't work properly, I was offered to have it replaced, which it didn't need to be, I just wanted it to be known we didn't break them. I would recommend anyone to stay at unit 114! It's close to everything you need and amazing food. Should I mention the helicopter ride! Thank you for an unforgettable stay, we loved it!!
