This home came as advertised. Clean with excellent amenities and modern styling. Property owner was quick to respond to any questions. Simple check in and check out procedures. Overall a very nice time was had

My friends and I stayed here for a girls trip. Everything was as described & matched the pictures. There was enough space for all of us and plenty of bathrooms. We had everything we needed! The pool area was great as well. The host responded in a very timely manner when we had a question about something. It was very clean, which is a major plus. I would stay here again and recommend this property to those looking for a getaway in a nice residential area. The beach is also a short drive away.

The house looks like the pictures . Very roomy for a group of 8. There were some issues that were taken care of quickly. The house does smell of stale cigarettes especially in master bathroom. Has that party house smell . Mold in 2 bathrooms. one towel , washcloth and hand and pool towel per person. So you will do laundry often for clean towels. Back patio needs roof repair it leaks onto everything. The pool is roughl on feet bring swim shoes .

The house is beautiful. Look just like the pics. Great for a small group of family and friends. Great neighborhood. Will definitely return. Alex was the best.

The house was as described and very nice for a family vacation. We enjoyed the outdoor pool and game room. The location was nice being close to the beach and other activities as well as being in a quiet neighborhood that felt safe for evening walks. Management was responsive for questions & check out process was easy.

We had a great time here!
House was very clean and great layout for all 9 of us. Pool was heated as stated. The lounge chairs were not the ones shown in the picture though, they were not the same quality. The house was super close to the beach and shopping. Plenty of restaurants nearby as well.
Would suggest maybe more bath and kitchen towels as well.
All in all had a fun vacation here and would definitely come back.

Many times listings are not what they seem or may be in a bad neighborhood but not this residence. Very large, clean and we'll maintained. We had no issues during our stay and the hosts even let us have oxygen delivered a day early for our elderly mother. Thanks Hollywood Vacation Rentals!

Very nice overall however some minor things could improve it...there was water damage in the roof at the back of the house by the pool but overall a nice place.

The property was great! Amenities top notch.we loved that it was all one level. The pool was fantastic and warm. The management was EXTREMELY responsive. Very close to Hollywood Beach with reasonable parking, and a state park. Close to many grocery stores and golf courses. We went to the horse track, very fun. We were a family of 7 adults who love to cook. The only drawback is the kitchen does not have everything a cook needs, it we worked it out. Enjoy!

We enjoyed our stay in Hollywood! The house was beautiful. It had many great gadgets such as the several TVs in each bed room/ kitchen/ living room. The room with the pool table was great, as we used it a bunch of nights with my family. The kitchen was fully stocked with a bunch of kitchen supplies. The pool heater malfunctioned and immediately the host had it replaced within 2 hours. The host was very responsive!

House was great! Clean, comfortable, and close to everything we wanted to enjoy. Communication both prior and during our stay was also superb. Would highly recommend!

Stayed with friends for a week and the home exceeded our expectations in every way. Very spacious and easily accommodated a party of 5 with room to spare. From the beautiful pool to the game room and many many bathrooms, this home had it all. Very well kept and clean. Highly recommended!

This home is perfect for two families to share. With two out of the five rooms with main bedrooms with bathrooms! Loved it! The pool area also has a bathroom and shower. House was modern and clean. Great stay!

The house was in a great location for us, between 3 different sets of family. It was a perfect size, nicely laid out. The games room was excellent for the 3 teenagers we took with us. A real bonus is how clean the whole place is kept. Would definitely come back.

We had a family wedding in Hollywood and stayed at this property. It was amazing and was even better than the pictures showed. Very clean and spacious. Would definitely stay again. Host was very accommodating with checkin & checkout. Great weekend!

This was a vacation for my moms 75th birthday. The property was close to malls and restaurants. Quick access to Miami too. The house was roomy, modern, clean and very comfortable. The management team was excellent, and they were very responsive and quick to get back to us. I would definitely recommend this property!
