The book in with Easy in the communication clear the owner was great. And the location was ideal to my travel dates back to Audi.

Very nice and clean home with modern upgrades. Beds are very comfortable and adjustable with a wide selection of pillows. House is very well stocked and is in a quiet neighborhood. It was a pleasure to stay in this well maintained home.

Could not initially use tv as none of the Roku remotes were charged. We charged them all. Kitchen floor was dirty at molding/floor- surprising. Contacted owner during the week to confirm reservation. Owner responded with no pertinent info. Ad states 3 days prior to stay details will be provided. Sat morning note from owner "what is our ETA?". Answered 1:30. ( Knewing check in was 3pm). Owner responded. "Check in 3. See you.". Rude response. I responded that I was confused. I knew check in was, 3. Then why ask what my ETA was?. They Wanted to know when to send the cleaners. (If I have the place from 3 till 11 the next morning. You would think the home should be ready and clean for 3pm. Disappointed that info not sent till we were on the road to our destination. Had back up Plan to stay in hotel if there was issue with stay. Plan was to go to a few places, attend graduation party. Stay over night, next day get up early meet more family and head back. Pro: nicely decorated. Felt safe even though it is near to rough part of town. Off street parking, even though they noted off street parking (?). Price was affordable. TV in every room. Each room had own window air conditioner. Adjustable mattress were nice. It was a nice stay.

It’s always a risk when renting sight unseen. But our visit exceeded expectations. The apartment was comfortable and the open floor plan made it feel spacious for the size. Our host, Richard, was gracious and inviting. We would definitely stay again when we are in Albany.

Easy to find and get in. Fully stocked can’t say enough about this place would rent again.

This was our first time staying in upstate NY and didn’t know the area but we were very happy with location. The house was well stocked with basic needs/supplies but had extras too, including snacks, which was helpful with three kids. The home was very clean and free of clutter and decorated beautifully. Communication was easy and owner was quick to respond to questions. Plenty of off street parking was nice. I would absolutely rent this property again if the need arose. Absolutely wonderful stay!

The house is amazing, clean and spectacular. Host was amazing and answered us right away. We definitely will be back for more vacations.
