Such a beautiful view from the 3rd floor! The apartment was beautiful and had plenty of toys and 4 beach chairs to use! So nice to be able to walk down the condos private path right to the beachfront! Be prepared to walk up stairs to reach the apartment.

Clean quiet complex with close by restaurants. Beach access is convenient. Condo was inviting & relaxing. Have stayed elsewhere in the complex and this is by far the best condo.

This condo was beautiful and right off of the ocean. This condo had a grocery store and several places to eat right across the street. Robert was very responsive and answered all of my questions right away. Great condo and excellent communication made for a wonderful vacation.

We had a great beach vacation and the location of this property is fantastic. Hit the beach every day, did a fishing charter, which is great for the kids and we even saw a rocket launch and the booster come back down to land right from the balcony.

Great view, balcony, condo as a whole was great. Negatives: A1A, distance to Pier, most restaurants, no grill, no in condo washer/dryer. Basically, we are spoiled for staying for 8 years near the Pier and walking and less traffic and noise.

Loved this condo!! The view is outstanding and the condo is comfortable and beautiful inside.

It was a last minute trip to see the launch at KSC. I was so glad that check in was simple, location was perfect, and accommodation's were more than comfortable. We also managed to enjoy the beach with many walks and the water was great. Kitchen was appropriately stocked and we cooked all our meals. Publix right across the street was convenient. Beach towels and chairs were helpful, and there were so many friendly people nearby. Waiting for our next visit, would love to stay again. Thanks you!

My wife, son and I really enjoyed our short stay on the beach. This condo is perfectly located with access to the beach, dining and grocery stores. Everything was well stocked from the kitchen to the beach accessories.

The condo is very nicely updated. The location is perfect. Can walk right to the beach 10 feet away. Can see Cape Canaveral launch towers right from balcony. Thanks for a great place to relax and enjoy the waves of cocoa beach.

We stayed in the condo for six days on a family trip. The condo was very nice and clean with all the amenities we needed. Gorgeous views of the beach and we were able to witness two rocket launches while we were there. Wonderful stay!

We’ve been coming down to Cocoa Beach for 10 years. Rented from this owner afew times. Property is just as listed. Recently remodeled. Fully furnished. Even has sand toys for the kids. Communication with renter is always easy, polite, and timely. Great location; private beach access. Quiet and clean. Thank you again for another perfect week.

The condo was fully equipped for everything needed to enjoy the beach. The view was beautiful. If we ever get back to Cocoa Beach, we will definitely check to see if the condo is available.

Doug and Cathy have the most beautiful, comfortable, updated and clean Condo in the Diplomat complex. We absolutely fell in love with it from the moment we walked in the door. The whole unit is clean, inviting and breathtakingly beautiful. Sunrises on the balcony while watching dolphins is one of the many highlights. Along with rocket launches. Fully equipped kitchen with all you need to cook and feed your whole family for your entire stay. Communication with the owners is always a pleasure and they are so quick at answering any message sent. This will forever be our go to for vacation as long as Doug and Cathy will have us. We love everything about it!

This place was great! Updated, very clean, well stocked, and welcoming. The location is fantastic. Right on the beach and close to everything. We would rent this property again in a heartbeat!

Everything was perfect, just like Cathy and her husband said they are on the third floor, beautiful view of the beach beautiful view of a sunrise only problem was trying to get the parking pass but other than that it was great! Easy payment plan easy checking and out, comfortable condo for our little family of 4. They had everything only thing is we wish we could of stayed longer!

The condo was beautifully decorated and very equipped with everything we needed. This was our first time at cocoa beach and we love the area.

Updated kitchen was nice and clean. It was great to have beach toys and chairs plus umbrella! Extremely easy walk to the beach which was perfect especially with two little kiddos. The building itself could use some updates but no complaints on the inside of condo!

Property is exactly as described. There’s no elevator to access the third floor, but it’s worth the stair climbing. Very clean and recently remodeled. Well stocked with movies, board games, and lots of stuff for the water (boogie boards, sand toys, beach chairs, fishing poles, etc.). Beautiful balcony with lots of seating. Would highly recommend to others.

We really enjoyed our two night stay in this condo. It was the perfect ending after a week at the theme parks in Orlando. The view doesn’t get much better than from this patio and having stayed at many VRBO‘s, this was one of the best appointed kitchens we’ve experienced. The bedroom configuration worked out well for two younger kids (ages 7 & 11) in bunkbeds, and myself and a 6’5” man in a king bed. Everything was seamless from check in to check out and parking. The closet full of beach chairs, cooler, beach towels, boogie board, and toys made it convenient so we did not have to haul all that stuff even though we drove. We found a few nearby beachfront restaurants to enjoy dinners and a Publix grocery store is just two blocks away, so everything worked out beautifully for our end of vacation wind-down at the beach! I highly recommend this unit.

The condo was spectacular and the view is breathtaking! Beautiful sunrise every morning and easy access to the beach! This is our third year staying at the Diplomat and we will definitely be back!

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to take our son to see the Ocean for the first time! We came from Ontario as a family of three. This condo was newly renovated, clean and had everything we could have needed and more. The view from the balcony was stunning and we even got to see a space launch from cape Canaveral without having to leave our balcony! We had informed the hosts that our son was recently diagnosed with a terminal brain tumor and we were taking him on a trip to Florida, ending with a visit to the Ocean. They ensured that we had everything we needed and even picked up a puddle jumper in his size so we were ready to hit the beach without having to pack our own life jacket. They also offered to get groceries for us before our arrival and worked with their housekeeping team to have the place ready for us after leaving Orlando to maximize our beach time. We would recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. It is clean, safe and as close to the ocean as you can get. We made memories here that we will keep for a lifetime and will forever appreciate the hosts for their time and effort to make our visit as perfect as it could be. Thank you!!!

Booking was easy, the payment plans made it possible. My family and I have stayed at the diplomat when coming to Cocoa Beach for the past few years. We have rented other beach front condos in the same building all which have been very nice, but this particular condo was completely renovated, extremely clean, beyond comfortable beds (wish I could have brought it home with me on the plane), stocked with everything you could possibly need including a Kurig and an Instapot, beach chairs that were perfect, beach toys, plenty of towels, pillows, blankets, EVERYTHING you need. The view is absolutely unbeatable. The pool is our family favorite…..always warm and pleasant. Communication with the owners was fantastic, quick to answer and beyond accommodating. The nicest owners we have came across in 10+ years. This home will forever be our new favorite vacation spot and they have earned lifelong renters as long as they will have us. I can’t say enough great things about this unit and it’s owners, 1000 stars all around! Thank you so much for having us and I can’t wait to book our vacation for my 40th birthday!

This was a great spot in Cocoa Beach! It has been remodeled beautifully and very clean. Hosts were very nice. We would stay again.

We had a wonderful getaway at this property. Views are unbeatable! Lots of updates and the communication with the owner was much appreciated!

Everything was good. Only thing is it’s on the third floor with no elevator.
