The staff was helpful & very friendly. The hotel is gorgeous & the room was very comfortable. Continental breakfast was next level compared to other hotels.

Nice place that seemed to be well kept. The room was laid out nicely and seemed clean . Shower walls were stained or dirty. Absolutely no water pressure in the shower. Didn't like the air conditioner blowing directly on me in the bed. The breakfast was terrible.

We were greeted with a warm welcome at the Front Desk by Angel - she set the bar high for our stay, with her efficiency around check-in and top notch customer service (answering our questions, providing support with a misplaced item, offering recommendations). The room was clean and quiet, location was easy to find and close to restaraunts, shopping, etc. Would absolutely stay again!

The room was very roomy and super clean. Breakfast was great. The lobby was so nice and clean with very modern furnishings….and the lobby smelled so wonderful. Definitely will stay there again!!

Beautiful, clean, new hotel. It was a great option for our family. Breakfast could have had more options, but everything else was perfect.

Front desk people were very polite and made check-in very easy and fast.

They count not give me a room key because of the outage that went on. Anytime you leave they have to come and unlock the door. I could not lock the door only pull the latch to keep anyone coming In. Make sure you call and they can give you a room key

There were no key cards for our rooms. The employees had to let us in our room each time we left which was not convenient but overall our stay was very nice.

Nice hotel, bed was a little hard for me, but husband liked it. People were right about the shower - took a long time to warm up, so let it run before you hop in! Breakfast was not ready at 7, even though it was supposed to be ready by 6:30, so we ended up leaving as we didn't have time to sit around waiting.
Also, be aware that Google maps gave us the wrong side of the street it was on

The customer service workers were all nice and the rooms were great. I wish I would’ve known that there are only 2 luggage carts and nobody ensures they are kept in the lobby. We are moving and had lots of luggage. We ended up having to carry several very heavy items to the car making several trips because someone decided to take 2 carts to their room leaving nothing for the rest of us. We were late leaving because we didn’t plan to have to run up and down to the 3rd floor so many times. Highly encourage that the hotel gets more luggage carts or regulates where the carts are to avoid these situations.

I was charged by a booking service and I was charged by the facility as well. There was noone at the desk at check out time. I called to have this rectified, and I was told by the clerk that she was working alone and would get a manager to call me back.
