Luke and John welcomed us and our cat. Clean, comfortable beds, hot showers and room plenty big enough for our 2 kids too. Good full English breakfast included, and great value for money. Will be back next year.

Not so good stayed in pigeon loft no 8.... Sky window mouldy spores needs, urgent attention.
Bumped head about 12times causing some injury had to leave Sunday, stairs, death trap, no room service no coffee tea, or milk sachets, had buy extention lead for medical equipment.
Couldn't swing a, cat bathroom too far away from loft attic.
Ruined stay cation, won't be visiting again breakfast bacon raw... The propierer kept blocking entrance constant smoking in main entrance.
Extremely dissapointed, feel dangerous... Fire alarm went off 10mins,6am today with no response from owners. Need I go on disgusted

We got what we paid for. It's very basic and friendly. Shower head was dirty so I didn't have a shower. No window in the room so no views but the bed very comfortable and lovely and warm. Breakfast was lovely though and it's very convenient for the tower and winter gardens. Hosts are very friendly too.

Super place to stay. I had the single room at the top, it was a lot of narrow stairs to climb and the room’s roof slopes down. Great value for the stay, including a full breakfast. Close to train station and 5 minutes from front. Was a shared toilet, which was not a problem, but it is down a flight of the narrowest stairs.

Car park near by, good location. Staff very friendly and welcoming. We had the value double room but was nicely done and great for what we needed. Will go back to try the larger rooms.

Great place to stay for a night in Blackpool. Comfortable and a good shower in the deluxe double bedroom. The host was very welcoming and served a lovely breakfast.

Lovely couple owners with warm personalities. Quiet street and only a minutes walk to the promenade and entertainment. New, posh key card system, so no need to go out with a bulky keys in your pocket. Great cooked breakfast with a range of other items to suit all of the family. Clean throughout. Laundry service provided, so no need to arrive home with laundry. I'd stay here again and would recommend to family and friends.

Went with my 2 daughters for a weekend dance competition, was very welcoming, staff were wonderful, room was well decorated and beautiful, very comfortable, breakfast was great, didn’t know they let dogs stay- would of taken my baby pug if I knew at the time

Great hosts and room was adequate, breakfast was good and all requirements asked for were provided. Due to a family emergency we had to leave early and they were most understanding and helpful, would definitely go back especially with the cheapest beer prices anywhere in Blackpool.

The bed was so uncomfortable - had castors and rolled about on the floor. Sink in bathroom far too small, could’t do your teeth and too high. Mirrors too high, plug sockets in random positions. Dirty behind the bed. Full English breakfast out in front of you without asking what you wanted for breakfast? No questions as to whether you were vegetarian or had any allergies
