Patio flooring unsafe with broken tiles Not able to use a floor due to A/C started leaking water from bathroom roof. Created roof damage so had to switch off A/C and due to this whole floor containing living and kitchen are not usable for 2 days. They could not fix this issue! No refund provided by property owner. Not recommended for any vacation!

Beautiful facility, great price, great location! Our family of 5 had lots of space to spread out and relax. When staying inside and out of the rain for an afternoon, the condo was perfect for snacking and enjoying a competitive game of monopoly. The pools were great!

Dirty blanket and sheets. Old bathroom w worst faucets.

View , room set up. Cleanliness once arrived areas convenient access beach , parking security. Need more check in time and information for toiletries overall complete satisfaction

Great place to stay!

The communication and instructions were great and easy to follow. There was plenty of space in the condo, the main living and kitchen were on the top floor and the bedrooms on the bottom. The laundry room was great to have, great appliances and spacious. The outdoor patio was large and had amazing views of the ocean. Our kids loved the two different pools on the property. If you are planning to head to the beach straight from your room make sure you bring a beach wagon to haul your stuff. It’s less than a 10 min walk but with kiddos and all the beach gear it can be a treck without one. The only downside was the cleanliness and the fact that there was not any way to have clean drinking water so we had to purchase large gallons of drinking water. The pull out Murphy bed had crumbs and dirty sheets and pillows with hair all over and the some utensils were not clean and still had food on them. There wasn’t a blanket either for that bed. It was Probably the cleaning staff and not the owners but still something that should have be addressed. Overall, we understood things can’t be perfect but with those minor changes the condo is a good place to stay in south padre.

Didn’t like my washer and dryer didn’t work never got to wash my cloths other then that it was a great experience

The property was very clean and had a great view of the ocean from the balcony. It was also a close walk to the beach. We definitely will return!

No hot water, Luke warm only. Couches need to be replaced. Very worn and uncomfortable.

The condo was beautiful and looked just like the pictures. The rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable, even the Murphy bed. All bedrooms are upstairs with bathrooms and that is a plus. The kitchen was awesome and spacious with all the supplies for a family. plenty of games, puzzles and books. the beach view is stunning. We had an issue the last day with the water being worked on. The beach is a little bit farther than I thought but to wake up with the view wss a good trade off. I will definitely stay again in this same room.

Loved the location, but had an issue getting into the room. We were a late chk in so we got our access info by email. Seems convenient...but the code in the email did NOT work and the alternative code did work but was NOT listed in the email. It was on the paperwork INSIDE the condo. After an hour with the security guard, we finally were able to get in.
