I visited Jacksonville with my grown children for a long weekend. The 3 bedroom, 3 bath house was perfect. We used much of the beach equipment available in the garage- chairs, rugs, umbrella, boogie board, games. It was hot and the ocean welcoming! I would recommend this location.

This beach house was in a great location (but the beach access was closed for construction on the beach) and stocked with all kinds of beach toys for the kiddos! The water was beautiful!

The house itself was nice and the quick walk to the beach was one of the best things for my kid. Having a child with special needs this was one of the best places we’ve stayed in a while!!!!

We were thrilled by the price for this property and its proximity to the beach. We couldn’t have been more pleased with its location and the paved path to the beach right across the street. However, all I can really say about the property was that it met the requirement for a change of scenery and a place to sleep. The carpet is badly stained and the splotchy touch up paint jobs were disappointing and bothersome from the moment we walked in. It’s also quite odd not having a bathroom on the main entertainment level, though it’s nice that each bedroom has a private bathroom. The outside water hose and spigot did not work which posed some challenges with sandy kids coming back from the beach. Multiple outlets throughout the property were also not operating properly. I’m not sure how recently the property was checked prior to our arrival as we had to replace the smoke detector batteries because they were chirping. The property is well stocked with beach gear and boogie boards, and you could fit a small car in the garage if needed. Location is good for quick access to restaurants and shopping.

Myself and my family stayed here for spring break 2024. The home was clean and inviting!! We were very impressed with the space we all had. There are beach items in the garage and we were so glad there were because we didn’t have any room in our cars to bring ours! We will definitely be looking to book here again!
