Loved nearby beach access and nearby children’s playground on quiet street . House had great porches and upper deck porch . Lovely yard and shady trees.

Great house, great location, great host

Perfect for girls trip with sister and two cousins! Stayed here for 5 nights and then went into historic Charleston for 3 nights. Wish we never left here! Perfect location and vacation home! Will miss morning sunrise walks on beach! Hope to be back!

What a beautiful quaint cottage. The house sits back among the trees with a large front porch perfect for gathering or reading. The kitchen has clean newer appliances, as well as all the necessities. A cute back deck where we enjoyed a meal or two. The family room was cozy and had great seating options. The beds were comfortable. A quick walk to the beach as well as a 10 minute walk to town. Fresh flowers and snacks were a beautiful welcome.

We loved being able to walk to the beach and downtown Folly. Easy, short drive into Charleston. Would definitely stay here again!

My business partner and I both stayed here with our families while we were in town for a long work weekend. The proximity to beach access can't be beat without being on the beach and the walk to everything on Center St. was very short. The house was perfect for our group.

The house is a little outdated but overall worked perfectly for our week at the beach. The location cannot be beat, three minute walk to the beach, ten to a whole street of restaurants. Would go again.

The location was better than expected. In less than 5 minutes and you can be set up on the beach and enjoying the sand, waves and sun. Walking to the "downtown" area was also a relatively short walk but no sidewalks. Kitchen was also well stocked (pots, pans, knives, etc) which was a nice surprise. Property was as described and consistent with pictures.

You can't really ask for a better location if you aren't beachfront. Literally steps from the beach access, this home makes it easy to dip your toes, take a stroll, or spend the entire day basking in the sand and sun. It's nicely appointed, clean, and was plenty of space for a family of 4. We will check availability of this house first when we return to Folly!

This is the fifth time we've rented this house and we keep coming back because it's comfortable, convenient to everything and just a nice space. Love our time here once again!

We have stayed at this property several times and absolutely adore it. Perfect balance between amenities/cleanliness and a quintessentially chill Folly vibe. Can’t say enough good stuff about it. Owners keep making upgrades which is welcome but we also just pray/hope we won’t be priced out. It’s great as-is. So lovely. The vacation of our best dreams.

This property was perfectly located and crazy clean. The home was super functional. Nothing fancy but just right for us. We had 3 college aged kids with us. It truly is a minute or two walk from the beach. Then about a 5 min walk to the restaurants. We did not get a golf cart. You cannot beat the location. We truly enjoyed our stay!

The house was clean, well stocked and a very quick walk to the beach. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Great location short walk to the beach, had issue getting key to house it’s kind of hidden on front porch and had to call owner but very responsive in getting us help and inside, would be nice to have updated keypad. All the amenities were spot on. Would have been nice to have a more relaxing living room the two small couches were more like hotel entrance pieces rather than comfortable furniture after a long day at the beach (maybe a sectional) pictures in website are outdated and do not match actual furniture. Beds are very comfortable need TVs in all bedrooms rather than just the main bedroom and living room(not everyone wants to watch the same shows) Outside furniture on front porch are ok some need updated or cleaned. Outdoor grill is ok but you need a lighter to actually use it and it would have been nice to know that and propane was almost out and should be checked more often. Short 10 minute walk to all the shops and restaurants was nice.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property- it’s super close to the beach (less then 5 min walk) and town (about 12 min walk). The host was friendly and easy to deal with. We definitely recommend this house for a relaxing stay.

Super convenient location, very short walk to the beach access. (Maybe a block or less) Easy 5-10 walk to restaurants and the pier. Large driveway with loads of parking, and nice secluded feel.

Quiet neighborhood, easy beach access

Our family had a wonderful stay. The beach and restaurants were In walking distance. The weather was fabulous.

We had family visiting us from Arizona and rented this wonderful home. They had everything they needed, some of them fished from the pier, went to Fort Sumter, and lots of shopping and eating on Market Street , but the awesome short walk to the beach where the children had never seen the ocean made it a perfect vacation for our family. We all hung out and grilled on the porch! They said on the way home they were making plans to come back again next year!!

Our stay was great from me making the reservation to staying for 5 nights. Kevin responded with any and all questions within a reasonable time. The house was awesome! If you're looking to get away and relax with the family, this is a great location. Plenty to do walking or driving. I give my family trip a 100%. Thank you, Kevin.

Nice property, walking distance to beach and restaurants. Clean and neat with large equipped kitchen. Quiet neighborhood. Everything we needed at the house. Nice touch was some toys for kids to play with.

This property was perfect for a girls weekend getaway. We were just a short walk to the beach and a short drive to downtown Charleston. The property had everything we needed so we didn’t even have to go to the store for essentials which was a huge bonus. We will definitely stay here again!

Home was in a great location with lots of restaurants within walking distance. So easy and quick to get to the beach also. Easy drive to downtown as well.

Absolutely wonderful place to enjoy my grandchildren while enjoying Folly Beach and all it has to offer! The house had all the comforts of home. Already making next years plans!!

This property was beautiful, clean and very well set up. Folly Beach is loaded with dining offerings for all tastes! Bert’s was so fun and had EVERYTHING you might need or forgot. We will definitely be back!

Lovely stay…everything you could possibly need. Close to town and the beach.. The outdoor seating was so nice but I think new outdoor cushions are sorely needed.. House clean, beds comfortable will be happy to return.

We came for a wedding and all stayed together as family! It was awesome and everything was great!

Close enough to Center Street but away from the crowds at the pier. Very nice property
