This 29 foot rig has plenty of room to sleep 7-8 comfortably. Kids will love the bunk beds while the parents will have a queen size bed. With the option to turn your dining area into additional sleeping with the convertible dinette and available sofa. Enjoy a full kitchen complete with refrigerator, stove, oven, and microwave. The bathroom includes a toilet and shower. You will love all the features of this trailer, including an electric awning. SOME THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND: All of our travel trailers are preferred for Delivery. This includes delivery to campsite, set up, retrieval of trailer, and dumping. The trailer will also have the water tank filled and will have propane on the front of the trailer for the oven and fridge. (DO NOT use propane attached to the trailer for the generator). Please message us to ask about delivery fees. There is a security deposit of $1,000. If you would like to pick up this trailer with your own vehicle the security deposit is $1,500. You will need to fill out our liability and vehicle information agreement. Insurance is required! We ask that you would kindly dump black and gray tanks before returning. If you would like us to dump for you there will be a $50 dump fee. INCLUDED: We provide RV toilet paper and cleaning supplies. Trailer comes stocked with dish soap, hand soap, broom, lint roller, cleaning rag, cleaning chemical and trash bags. We do NOT provide bedding and towels. If you would like bedding and towels provided during your rental, a $30 fee will be charged. The cost of any linens that are damaged or lost will be taken from the security deposit. We can provide a propane generator at an additional fee of $29 per night with one 5 gallon propane tank. Any fuel needed above and beyond that is your responsibility. Propane fuel only please. Extra Tank is $15, we credit what is left in the tank. We DO NOT RECOMMEND drinking the Travel Trailer tap water. Please bring your own drinking water. We are not liable if you choose to drink the tap water. The water supplied in the fresh water tank is clean, but we cannot guarantee it is safe for drinking. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: All pets are prohibited unless approved by the owner prior to rental. Pets are welcome at additional fees. $10 per night for 1 pet and $15 per night for 2 pets with a minimum fee of $45 per rental. Maximum of 2 pets per rental. Upon return of the RV there should be NO EVIDENCE OF AN ANIMAL IN THE UNIT. Any such evidence including, but not limited to, odor, pet hair, scratches, etc. will be the full responsibility of the renter and will be charged to the card on file. If pet is not pre-approved, a $200 penalty will be taken from the security deposit. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING. This includes, but not limited to, cigarettes and vaping. Smoking in unit will be an automatic penalty of $500. There is a $130 prep fee. Lost keys will incur a replacement fee. Awning is to be used at your own risk. The most common damages to RVs are the awning. Any damages to the awning will be the full responsibility of the guest.
