Booking with Hotels.com was an absolute disaster. They stuck me in the worst room imaginable at this hotel, while others got better options—utterly unacceptable. Both the hotel and Hotels.com clearly have zero respect for third-party reservations, and the staff were shockingly rude. I’m beyond furious with Hotels.com for not being transparent about costs or offering any accountability. I’m done with both this trashy hotel and Hotels.com forever. They’ve completely lost my trust, and I’ll make sure others know to stay far away."

First night a sports team was in the room above us playing sports so we changed rooms! Next morning at 8:10 am I was trying to work, and for 3 hours they replaced the neighbouring room doors by using an electric drill!! Seriously, no one warned us or said anything. The worst hotel experience ever. The Best Western and Sheraton are owned and operated by the same frugal owner. Close hotel, Fix Hotel. Total Corporate greed

This is not a hotel. It is a motel. The entire design and service you get are the realm of a motel. My room was in underground. It had no windows. It attracts certain people from a certain country, which they apparently used to talk loud in corridors. It made it very hard to sleep. Overall, I don’t recommend it if you look for a hotel.

Not so clean as expected. The pool was clean in the morning. The gym is very crowded and a bit worn out. The price is good anyways. Free parking.

The out door pool was wonderful.with this wonderful heat outside.
The parking was difficult at first but then spots open up. We got up graded to the Martiott which was fine but no microwave. Everything was great

This was a great place to stay at, except you can’t find a parking spot at all! My husband literally drove around the parking lot a few times a while I was checking in and was still driving around after I checked in to finally find a parking spot. The parking there is horrible! Only downfall

We had a lovely room with plenty of space and 3 full size beds.
Slight problems with the extractor fan and a missing chair were fixed quickly when we reported them.
It was not possible to prepare any food in the kitchen as there was no equipment at all - which was fine as we weren’t expecting to cook but the fridge/freezer was oversized and noisy.
