Hotel was very clean, room was spacious, bed & pillows comfortable, great location, ample & convenient parking, bar & restaurant on site were great - just wish it was open on Sunday.
Disappointed that pool was not in service. Wish we had known that prior to the trip.

Room was very nice with a large balcony, king sized bed but on one bedside no night stand? Check in was smooth but room was not available until 15 min after check in time.Some really nice features (plush robes) and then things that don't match - (lame coffee, no water!)

Great check in and very clean hotel. Very friendly staff! I would stay here again. Very centrally located in downtown Ithaca

The desk staff was pleasant and gave us all the vital information when we checked in. Our room was very clean!
Our only issue with the condition of the room was that even though there were two toilet paper holders, we only had half a roll, which we ran out of. We also had a problem with the hotel guest in the connecting room to ours. They were playing the TV super loud until 11:30 at night, when we finally banged on their door, and they turned the volume down to a reasonable level.

Property was advertised to have a pool. My kids were very disappointed when we went down to the pool and there was a closed for maintenance sign on the door. The pool was drained and looked like it had been closed for some time. I would have booked at another hotel if I knew there wasn’t a pool. No one mentioned this when we checked in. I will not be staying at this hotel in the future, and would not recommend this hotel.

We have a good stay and would be back. One thing to note, and Im not sure if its always like this, but the indoor pool was not heated and was a bit cold. The restaurant on site is also not open daily (it was a Sunday for us so was not a big deal they provided a list of other places in the area) but good to know and you can check that in advance.

I was disappointed that they would not offer airport transportation, as indicated in the description. I had to paid $60 for the uber. I found hair in the shower. Other than that the stay was good.

Property has good location and the staff is friendly. The only thing is that the room needs updating, you can see that the furniture is old and used. Other than that everything else is good.

Had to switch rooms. First room smelled like smoke and appeared to have ashes in the bed covers. Second room attempt, key card did not work including master key card. Third room had hair in the shower.

The first night (Saturday) was very quiet, the second night (Sunday) was very noisy. The noise came from the street (trucks and other commercial activities). It started at 2am and stopped at around 6am.
The hotel room was not clean and also the floor from the elevator to the room was not clean.

It was average. Poor value for money. High season and all. Even then.

Staff are professional and upbeat. You can tell they enjoy working there. The hotel condition is very good. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. I would definitely return.
