I lost money on this one.. I checked in and 3 mins later I checked out.This facility shouldn't even carry the name "LaQuinta Inn by Wyndham" the rooms were not even close to the quality of the name. Turn around and run away. Room smelled like mold, I turned on the sink to wash my hands and the water was spitting out of the sink, there was ALOT of air in the water line. Walls covered with several renters dirty hand prints. Too much traffic and commotion going on outside.

Driving around the property we witnessed questionable activity and lots of loiterers. We gave the place the benefit of the doubt and checked in and went to a room that wasn’t cleaned. The lights didn’t turn on and when we figured out which light worked in the room, (which was the bathroom light) roaches scattered. There was a shoe print on bed one and the other bed wasn’t even made. I went back to the front desk and advised them of what was discovered. The front desk clerk offered another room but I was already turned off by the aesthetics, so I declined. He told me he couldn’t give me a refund to contact the third party I booked through. Ok fine, I went to my car because there were roaches crawling throughout the lobby and one on the entrance door and I didn’t want any of them to get in my things. While on the phone with customer service the same front desk clerk called me and told me he went to the room and didn’t see what I was talking about basically calling me a liar and hung up on me. I don’t recommend this property because the pictures are deceptive and the customer service is really bad.

Amazing place. You’re a fool if you don’t stay here when in Tallahassee. Service - above and beyond. Clear A+ well deserved rating. If I could live there - I would!!! I have stayed in many places and this place puts them to Shame. Shame!! This place is what this industry inspires to one day be. A must to stay at!!

The hotel operator rents rooms to drug dealers and prostitutes. Lots of seedy late night activity. A stressed out druggy caused a scene at the breakfast.

The first room we were given had bugs in it that did bite. When I attempted to call the front office the phone did not have a cord to plug into the outlet. The second room, housekeeping picked up the dirty towels the following morning but did not replace them nor did they empty the trash. It was not worth the amount charged for the stay. I will not stay there again.

I had to kill several roaches, sink knob was broke, elevator was broken and I had to carry suitcases up a flight of stairs. I felt unsafe and will never stay at this property again.

This hotel is disgusting. They haven’t taken care of it in over 10 years. It is falling apart and smells disgusting. I used to love staying there. Never coming back to this property. So gross.

I made a reservation for 2 rooms that could accommodate 8 people. When my wife got there she was told that the reservation was for 1 room and they were full; 10 minutes later she was told they had a room but for $147. Was this a scam? I don’t know, but we didn’t have any other option but to pay their price. This is a rundown property with very poor maintenance. But when you are running from a hurricane like everyone else you have very little choice. This is a place I will never stay here again.

Went to the assigned room , couldn’t get in the door was jam shut , front desk pop it open , and then we come in the that smelled odd and find empty packages of rubbers on the floor between the bed and wall , went back to the front desk requesting a different room , felt that if the room had Trojan packages on the floor the bed was probably dirty also

There was blood (not mine) on the sheet, also lots of dirt on the baseboard in the bedroom. Also, hair (also not mine) in the bathtub and a dead roach.

Do not under any condition choose this hotel. It was unbelievably dirty. I slept on top of the bed on my own blanket and would not shower there. The floor in the bathroom looked like it was mopped with a dirty mop and there were dirty smudges on shower wall. Hair of some sort was on the floor. When I checked the mattress, it was dirty and stained. I was very uncomfortable there. I have sent pictures to you as well as the Inn. If you need them again, I will send them. I would LOVE to have my $78.00 in points back, or a full refund!!!!

We should have known it was going to be a nightmare when check in took half an hour because for some reason there was only one person on the front desk at peak time . It got worse from there. Parking near your room is almost impossible. The whole site is falling apart. There were blood stains on the duvet and the carpet. The "spare" toilet roll had someone else's urine stains and mould on it and had been rewrapped by housekeeping for the next people to use. Went to the desk for a new toilet roll and was told that it wasn't their job. I asked them to contact the person who would be able to bring one toilet roll and they just stared at me. Needless to say we didn't get any toilet roll and had to improvise. Both nights we had people drinking, smoking and being loud outside our room but the same guy on the front desk refused to help. Overall a nightmare stay in a place that should be shut down over health violations.
