This was the worst room I have ever seen! I stayed for only 15 minutes and booked somewhere else. The photos on Hotels.com are completely inaccurate, I would checkout room 214! I tried to reach Hotels.com customer service for a refund, but was on hold for over 2 hours before I had to leave! I should get a refund for this type of false advertisement! The building was even locked when I first got there, the lobby has been completely cleaned out, it actually looks like it has been shutdown.

Ordered non smoking room, but instead got a room with a strong smell of smoke. When asked for another room, they said, they don’t have one. Bed sheets and towels were clean, but the room itself was not cleaned for quite awhile. Next time will look somewhere else.

Room was okay, clean sheets but stained comforter, clean floors but spiders in each corner, clean bathroom but paper then walls. It was okay for a bed late at not but don’t stay here any longer than that on a weekend as traffic is loud and can be heard late into the night.

Very run down. Put us on second floor even though motel was not busy at all. We are senior citizens and taking luggage to second floor was appalling. In convenient area too Frankly, I am very surprised this motel was part of Expedia options. Usually we are very pleased with options. Not this one

If you want to bring a prostitute and shoot heroin, this is the place to go. Definitely avoid. Rooms had some gross film over everything, outside is run down. Everything is shady about this place. Pittsfield is a decent city, this motel is an eyesore.

Carpet was dirty and had holes in it. Bedding was not washed. Staff was rude, property surrounded by tall weeds and fence was falling down. Nobody in office during regular hours. Management argued outside my door several times with people. Sink had very low pressure and made a loud noise when turned on.

Exterior was very nice except for the front and adjacent building
Exterior landscaping needed allot of work as well as better maintenance of the grounds
Only 8 miles from Lenox-Good location/Industrial area
Price is great/Maybe next time it will be better

I felt comfortable here, and the parking area was very well lit at night.

AC unit was difficult to operate to get consistent ventilation (turned it on and off several times during the night) and there was no instructions. There were no cups (paper or otherwise) in the room to use to get drinking water or make tea in the microwave.
