Good location, clean
Did not look like the online photos, was very dated and cheap-feeling, was in a building other than the main building which looked more up to date

Nice clean room, confortable bed, shower caps, excellent breakfast, quiet.

The Staff were very knowledgeable about the area and accommodating.
Well only one, that there's no parking space in back area of resort. Some of us still like to keep an eye on our cars.

Check in was fun.. Lance gave us outstanding service! His explanations of the room and the property.. thinking he needed to be a host on a show or something like that!
Our room was awesome! Very clean, (Mirta made sure of that) warm and comfortable. Fancy with the decor.. the amenities were great. They provided glass wear for drinks not paper cups like most places do.. that made it more special.
Loved it… Would definitely stay there again! :)

Nice, large room, updated bath, good work space and desk, great breakfast (but you need English muffins) love the pools and hot tub, very friendly and helpful staff
My only issue is the bed; it was too soft for me

Sitting in the Adirondack chairs by the little pond at the back of the property was very nice.
The older "raspberry " bldg is a lot less nice than the main bldg. Way overpriced for such a dated room. Indoor pool undergoing construction, plus construction across the street made for a very noisy morning.

very friendly welcoming staff. nice comfortable room with good bed and air conditioning system.
Breakfast was not good; the coffee was not very hot, the bread was not very fresh and the choices overall were limited. the breakfast room was uninviting, bordering on ugly.
The pool was closed due to a technical problem on the hottest day of our stay.

The fireplace in the room was wonderful on cool evenings and our balcony looking at the mountains was great with three adirondack chairs and table for coffee and cocktails. There were china mugs and glass glasses too. No plastic! Plus the room was pretty thrifty in comparison to others.
Disappointment that the indoor pool and spa were closed for renovation, but we were aware of that in advance. The breakfast was just okay.

Hotel has not been updated. Smelled dingy and the carpets throughout were stained and really old. Rooms dark work and needed a facelift…new paint and carpet go a long way. Staff was super friendly though.
