I was left without water all day. Every time I called the front desk to ask, the staff member rudely told me that the water would be back in an hour. I waited the entire day without a drop of water until 7 PM. I finally decided to leave and book another hotel

Everything was awesome! The beds were super comfortable, all the linens were crisp, clean, and fresh. The breakfast buffet was AMAZING! They had bacon, sausage, scrambled eggs, pancakes, waffles, and the chef who cooked the omelettes was on point! Of course they also had cold cereal, yogurt, oatmeal, little cupcakes, pastries, fresh fruit, and you could toast your own bagels and English muffins as well. They had a wide selection of drinks: orange juice, apple juice, lemonade, several varieties of coffee (both with caffeine and without). The breakfast buffet is open both Saturday and Sunday from 7-10 am, but only open from 6:30 to 7:30 weekdays. On weekends it is packed! Every table is taken, and people are all over the entire breakfast area. The atmosphere of the hotel itself was very calm, peaceful, and serene. They have an actual restaurant with a bar in the hotel as well, which is nice. They have an ice machine on every floor, so you don't have to go far to get ice. The bathrooms were stocked with personals: shampoo, conditioner, bodywash, hand soap, and lotion. It all smelled good and was nice to use. The gym was small but adequate. I did a couple workouts on the treadmill, there's also an eliptical and a bike, as well as free weights. My only complaint is that the coffeemaker in my room did not fit the coffee pods I brought with me, but that's okay bc they had coffee at breakfast. You should totally stay here, you won't regret it!

The rooms were very spacious and very clean. I was very happy to see they had turkey sausage as a breakfast option. The breakfast and the happy hour at the bar were my highlights. Moving forward this will be my choice hotel when I don't stay downtown.

The room was clean. The let out bed was dirty. No covers for the let out bed. Ridge leaking. Broken tv told staff nothing wasnt done about it.

First room was not complete furnished, bathroom light was not working ( maintenance could not fix it). , light switch covers were missing and room had strong odor of paint Second room on same floor did not meet reservation requirements, given a single king bed for 5 people registered, offered a second room only to have guest already in this room ( note room was on 2nd floor .. we had to carry our luggage back up to. 4 th floor after we were given another room on the 4 th floor) Tatyana manager on duty gave us a complimentary 2nd single king room , snacks and was very gracious and apologetic after we went back and forth for 2 hours before we were settled in our rooms

Outdated. Same decor as it was 20 yrs ago when I came here. They were having satellite issues so 70% of the channels were unavailable.

Peeling wallpaper. Couch needs to be replaced. For the price things should be fresh. Paint chipped throughout. Gave up on breakfast. Two long lines. One person cooking to order. One dishing up food at a buffet.

Russian owed with a Ukrainian staff made communication difficult. The TV did not pick up any channels for our entire stay. It was not addressed until our last night. The omlettes were terrible, worst ever! Over cooked. The local staff was friendly but knew and understood the issues with the hotel

The only thing I would request is that you have several toasters for breakfast. The one toaster was very slow, and it really slowed up the line. Having toast for breakfast is a pretty normal expectations and another toaster would require NO additional labor coast! That would be an easy improvement. Thank you Tom Taft

The building has good bones. However, it’s all old and shabby. The sofa in the room had smooshed cushions and the material was crunchy. It was just a hodgepodge of flooring in the room. The atrium carpet has rips, the steps have plastic protectors that are cracked and are foot catchers. The poor fella in the bar during social hour is buried doing food and drinks. Our room had gnats. The curtains didn’t overlap and light got thru. Breakfast was fantastic. Signs on the first floor run you all around for the ice machine, at the end there’s only a coke machine. The back door key reader doesn’t work so how have to park out front. Beds were comfortable.

I had people there because I bragged about your services. Your manager reception as well as a buffet breakfast. I was embarrassed and I have friends come there. You only get two drinks. We had to leave there to go to another establishment to socializing beverages. Again, I’ve been going for years and never had that problem whatsoever. Very disappointed to know if this is how the service is going for now on please inform me so I’ll know ahead of time And I could tell my friends thank you

The night lady couldn’t understand the Situation about the room. Foreigner. The extra blanket look like it was for and dog. Phone was Filthy. Carpet filthy and strain. Didn’t replace all the towel. I try to change room.

The staff was ruined and disrespectful soon as I go to my room it was not clean they was in my room without my knowledge
