Comfortable room and bed. Nice balcony and laundry services. It also has an incredibly convenient location.

It was just an overnight from the Big Island. Just to see the different scenery. But I am impressed by this beach side resort. You can enjoy swimming during the day and dancing and jacuzzi at night. Next door walking distance, you can enjoy shopping and eating and drinking! Also not too far from the airport, which is very convenient.

This is a maybe a 3 star hotel. Rooms were fine but more motel style but I guess for Kuaii that’s the best you will do without spending $600 a night on a real resort. Everyone was friendly. Everything worked in the rooms and everything was clean. Again I felt like it was an upgraded motel. The pool was nothing special but you are right in a beautiful beach so use the beach. Upside was free valet a huge plus and downside was breakfast sucked and wasn’t worth the money whatsoever. They need new chefs and breakfast cooks because the preparation and quality was not worthy of a Denny’s and priced like a 4 star. You’re better off going into town. Also the hotel features Hawaiian Tropic amenities which was also a nice touch.

Kauai Shores hotel is somewhat reasonable in price. The restaurant was a bit costly, but it’s breakfast food was quite delicious. The restaurant service and beach views were wonderful. It is nicely situated in a central part of the island, not far from the airport, with a shopping center nearby and a great restaurant on site! I wouldn’t call this a “deluxe” property but for the price (not cheap, but not super expensive), it was top notch!

The staff was so helpful and cheerful. Food and drink were great. View from the beach was beautiful. Entertainment at happy hour was lovely

The property is gorgeous! Lush gardens and landscaping everywhere, stunning beach views, and beautiful furnishings both inside the rooms and in common areas. My favorite was the nighttime armosphere with poolside fireplaces and tiki torches lighting the way. The free morning yoga class and being steps from the shops at coconut marketplace were a huge plus.

The rooms were very nice, recently updated, comfortable, clean. The bathrooms were very clean and updated. Each room had an AC and ceiling fan. The beds were very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and complimentary valet parking was great. There were plenty of chairs available on beach property. The bar and restaurant were excellent. The beach was beautiful, it was near another beach were there were plenty of surfers.

Stayed in August 2024 and it was a very pleasant experience. Attended the free yoga twice, the pool area is clean and the rooms are just perfect. Amazing service by the front desk and free bike rentals to explore the area. Definitely staying here again next time.

Loved the staff, free yoga each morning, pool/hot tub, and restaurant on site. Definitely recommend having valet park your vehicle (no cost), as the parking is snug. Would absolutely stay here again. Rooms were clean and quiet. 10/10 recommend.

Get to hotel at 3:30 still nothing available even though they checked in 3 other couples in front me. The front desk girl says I found a room it just wasn’t the room they had assigned to me (even though it was the same kind of room I had reserved) I asked the manager there at the time if I could be upgraded. But she said Nope just like that without even asking what happened. So she sucks!!! Her answer was “we do not check in people till 4pm”. (Even though as I stated before 3 other couples just checked in ahead of me).so she lied right in my face. So I told her your customer service sucks. And she was alful after that laughing it off like she had all this power. Very rude stuck up manager

I recently stayed at this newly renovated property and had an absolutely wonderful experience! The staff is incredibly friendly, with Angela at the front desk standing out for her amazing energy and helpfulness. She just has this positive vibe that makes you feel right at home, though everyone was fantastic. The hotel offers some fun outdoor games that add a playful touch to your stay. The beach nearby is a bit wavy, but it’s so much fun to swim in, and the soft sand makes it even better. One of the highlights for me was waking up early to catch the sunrise over the ocean — truly a breathtaking experience and one of my favorite memories from the trip. While the parking spots are a bit small and can be tricky, it's manageable and definitely not a dealbreaker. The rooms were always clean and well-prepped, and the housekeeping staff ensured they stayed that way throughout my stay. There’s also a scenic garden walk nearby that’s absolutely worth exploring. It’s peaceful and offers views of all kinds of beautiful plants, which makes for a relaxing stroll. Overall, this hotel was a fantastic choice, and I can’t wait to visit again!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff are friendly and helpful. The entire campus is well designed and maintained. The room is comfortable. We would definitely stay here again

While the hotel is on a great area and rooms are very comfortable, unfortunately we had a bad experience with particularly one member of their staff.. the cleaning lady only came twice in 10 day stay .. which we didn’t think much of it, the day she came in, we specifically had to ask for them to do the room early since we had a tour very early and wanted to come back and rest by afternoon.. and of course it wasn’t done when we got there.. but that was not the worst.. on our last day, she came in while we were in the room.. we just let her do her think, we waited on the balcony but to my surprise after I thanked her and tipped her $20 bucks.. we couldn’t find my shall or my ring that I had on top of the side table the following morning, I thought it was strange she kept asking,” you are leaving tonight right?” Like 4 times.. which it was when it clicked.. she took them. I asked for help at front desk, they said they couldn’t do anything about it.. then I started putting my story in every single survey , guess what? To my surprise, the hotel returned my shall.. I would not have made such big deal out of it for a shall and a ring.. but more than what the value (Gucci)it is more the sentiment; Still, the original value did matter, we found out from our driver that it happens more often than we think,is just that if the value of the items are more than $500dlls, then they pay attention to it, since you can file a police report and affects the hotel. **NOT RETURNING HERE
