One-night stay near the airport. Shuttle service was excellent, hotel was reasonable, room was spacious and clean, bed was comfortable. Provided everything we needed at a good price. Would use this hotel again!

I was HIGHLY DISGUSTED with my rooms! Yes rooms ! I booked a room late night (12am) due to traveling. when I got the hotel it reaked of cigarettes as if someone hit boxed the hotel with them! When I got my room is was disgusting and halfway cleaned. The dispensable hotel essential with filled with gunk and dirt and appeared to haven’t been cleaned in months. As a female I was highly disappointed and asked for a new room. When asked to switch rooms I was questioned about why I wanted to switch rooms as if it was not obvious or as if the staff was not aware of the state of the room. I was switched to another room that was almost indentical! Disgusting horrible and not clean at all! I was moved to ANOTHER room which was still dirty but manageable. I slept in my clothes and checked out at 10:45am to speak with a manager immediately! Save yourself the trouble !

The room Was clean, but the heater did not work nor the thermostat on the wall, I was very cold the whole night and the tv or remote worked for my stay.

Reception staff was very professional and attentive.
The king size bed + hot shower were great.
Breakfast was good.
Over all hotel is clean.
However the remodeling is on its way.
Overall an excellent experience because of the staff, king size bed, and hot pressure shower.

Unfortunately we had a poor experience on this occasion, although we normally enjoy staying at this hotel. On the second night of our three night stay, we were kept awake by the guest next door playing very loud pornographic films until 6am. We complained and they switched rooms for us for our final night. I twice asked to talk to the manager who was ‘in the back but not available’. I asked to be partially refunded for the 2nd night because we hadn’t slept. I was told the manager had said no. Then a supervisor told us we would receive a partial refund within 3 working day. We haven’t received this, of course. I appreciate that a hotel cannot control poor guest behaviour, but of course they can control how they deal with guests impacted in this way with respect and empathy.

Back down to desk for room #3. This one didn’t have cigarette smell and air worked in room, but the amount of dirt, dust, and lack of cleaning was abhorrent. It took over an hour to finally get into a room. I’ve had good luck with La Quintas, but this management of this one clearly don’t care. I’ll add it to the list of hotels I won’t stay at close to Philadelphia Intl.

Went to flush the toilet the toilet was clogged called the front desk he said he would be there in 10 minutes and then the next morning he said he forgot that there wasn't a maintenance person on site that he will take care of it Monday but I was already checking out on Sunday The sink in the bathroom and the plumbing did not work very well at all

We have stayed at this particular hotel several times. After this last stay we will chose a different hotel.
The property has seen better days. Our room had scuffed walls with paint missing in spots. The refrigerator was unplugged when we got into the room. After plugging it back on we realized it was unplugged due to the noise it made.
We booked a room with a king size bed. When we checked in we were given a room with a queen size bed that was handicap adapted. We did not need the accessibility.
We booked and paid in advance for our stay and it seemed as though we were given last minute accommodations.

Did not feel safe staying here. I was a lone single traveler. My room had an adjoining room with the adjoining room being occupied with a bunch of very young adults. This party was loud, obnoxious, smoking and drinking in the halls. It was clear this type of activity would carry on through the night. I did not feel safe staying in the adjoining room. When I asked for a room change I was denied. When I asked for a refund I was denied. When I asked for a manager on duty, I was told there was not one. I ended up checking out and continuing my travels without proper rest. If this is the clientele and service this establishment provides, I do NOT recommend this hotel.

My reservation was nonexistant upon arrival. They also charged me regular price vs what hotels.com gave me the room for. Bathroom mirror was dirty. Room was filthy. Door to room was broken. Not comfortable at all.

The airport pick up service is excellent we arrived at 3:00am and we wait only 10minutes. The personnel were nice and polite. The room need updated, the carpet was dirty, humid kind of wet and stained, the bathroom was not very clean the wall was stained. The breakfast was ok.

The staff were efficient and helpful. I did not use the breakfast buffet but it appeared well stocked. The rooms are normal-sized but very worn, including the furniture. The loveseat cushions were so worn out that you sit on the frame when you sit down. However, the hotel offers free parking in the back lot during your trip and transportation to/from the airport, which is a big bonus.

It smells, it has this nasty heat throughout it, the rooms walls and floors look like they are under construction when they aren’t. The elevator is extremely slow and doesn’t feel safe. There is stuff on the walls that is unidentifiable of being blood or some kind of human fluids. There is obviously no money going back into the hotel to keep it modern and clean for the price you pay for a night stay. We checked in and within hours we just left because we were not going to stay there. It might as well be a run down motel looking monstrosity on the side of the road. Shame on the owners of this hotel as you are just nasty.
