Our first room developed a leak in the bathroom at the sink faucet overnight while we slept. When we got up in the morning there was 2" of water on the bathroom floor and wet carpet at the entrance to the bathroom. We were given another room, but some of the extras, pertaining to the coffee were missing, the pillows were uncomfortable as compared to the first room, and the TV was situated to the side of the bed instead of at the foot of the bed. On the second night, after attending a wedding we came back to find the TV not working, and were told maintenance had left for the night at 6 pm. Apparently they were called back and the maintenance man was able to fix the TV by about 7:15 pm. The doors to the dresser would not stay closed, I suspect the room was out of level. The bistro which is normally open was closed (Saturday night at 6 pm) so we had a pizza delivered. The staff was responsive and polite.

Hotel was okay. It served the purpose for what it was needed for. However the basement rooms are damp, and have a slight odor. Overall it was fine but it wouldnt be my first choice when going back to Atlanta.

I recently stayed at Courtyard Atlanta Norcross, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, thank you Michael!! and I was quickly able to find my room and get accommodated.
The room itself was comfortable and had a balcony that looked out toward the pool. The pool area was also lovely, with plenty of loungers and a serene atmosphere.
There is a Target nearby as well as plenty of dining out options. Overall, my stay was outstanding, and I would highly recommend this hotel. I look forward to returning in the future!

Overall it is a great place to stay! Staff nice, pool area and lounge area nice! Room was okay, not a lot of room if using the sofa bed and pillows on sofa should not be an options due to unsanitary.

Great price, beautiful setting, excellent staff. Only issue was the location of the elevator for getting luggage upstairs. Overall happy though.

Room was dirty, AC didn’t work properly. We didn’t even stay there. We checked out within 5 hours of checking in and was a waste of my money. The front desk didn’t even ask what was wrong.

Despite the description, the room does not have a microwave! The coffee maker was not working. Trush cans were not emptied.

It was okay. Not the best not the worst. System was down so we had to wait an hour and 30 minutes to check in. Also never got a key for our room the desk clerk had to take us to our room everytime we went in which was a little inconvenient. But other than that perfectly fine.

The facilities were average for a Marriott but i'll cut the location some slack for now as it was being renovated.. i'm guessing they will.be much better very soon.. meanwhile they could pay some attention to the staff training in customer service their eere good and not so good staff.. They guy during our check out just didnt care.. while our check in lady was great.

Listing indicated pool was available, but it wasn't due to inspections and (obviously) previously scheduled remodeling.
Water pressure so low the toilet wouldn't reliably flush even with careful use. Had to have staff unclog it. Twice.

They charged my credit card for $20 deposit for incidentals to be refunded if not used. It is totally unnecessary. Now I have to keep an eye to make sure they refund it.

Extremely friendly staff! Abdul was absolutely kind, helpful and very knowledgeable.
I actually witnessed another guest be very rude and disrespectful toward him. Abdul remained calm, respectful and even after numerous times being yelled and cursed at - Abdul still attempted to help and satisfy this guest. Remarkable young man.

This place was perfect for a recent 2 night stay while I was taking a training class. The hotel was clean and fresh looking, the area was quiet even though there were a few major roads nearby. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean. But most of all, the staff members were the friendliest most helpful people. ! They made my stay very pleasant. Thank you!
