They had bpoked us a king room suite and i requested a pull out couch. We didnt get the pull out couch so i went down to the front desk and told them about it. They moved us to a family suite with 2 queenbeds and it was great. They took care of us right away and no extra charge.

Our stay was only 1 night. The breakfast was nicely presented and good. The only thing was we were not told the hours that breakfast was being served. Other than that it was a good breakfast.

Nice hotel near River Mary!! Walkable distance to the nearby park and other amenities!! Room was spacious and very clean and the hotel staff was very friendly!

Great place to stay for business trip. The breakfast was a perfect way to start the day, many options both hot and cold.

Swore I wouldn't go back to the Quality Inn after Sonny left and Johnny Chophouse left as well. Had no choice ,stayed there again. The staff were and always have been great, the the condition of the hotel is declining rapidly. Room was a bit grimy again and with Johnnys gone and no restaurant replacing feel the decline is continuing. Its a bummer because I have stay there no less than 60 nights over the years and hate finding a new go-to in the Soo. Again, that being said, the front staff have no control over the decline. they have always been the friendliest and most competent front staff I have ever encountered.
