We were really shicked that we had daily room service. New towels, beds made and trash taken out, so rare these days!

We stayed here for the Billie Eilish concert in downtown Atlanta and absolutely loved everything about it. Check in was a breeze, the staff was incredibly kind, helpful, and patient with us, the room was cleaned IMMACULATELY, not even a speck of dust to be found. The hotel itself as well as the rooms are extremely nice and modern, the bed was super comfortable and the sheets were soft and clean. It was completely silent all night, the location and surrounding are seemed to be quite upscale and safe, and it’s only about a 20-25 minute drive to downtown Atlanta. This was truly the best experience I’ve ever had at a hotel, and we both slept like a rock. We will ABSOLUTELY be staying here again on our future trips to Atlanta, I’m truly bummed to have to leave!

Everything about this stay was excellent. It was conveniently located to everything. Great shopping, dining, close to Atlanta without being right in the city.
It was very clean and there was plenty of staff attending those needs through the day.
Housekeeping was wonderful all the staff were awesome.
The restaurant had great food, daily.
Truly we could not be more pleased with our stay.

Stayed here prior to / Falcon Steeler game at Mercedes-Benz Stadium. Wonderful place to stay, 5 star. Would stay again. 11 minutes from MARTA train to stadium.

Room and bath were great. Very much enjoyed dinner at the restaurant but the breakfast buffet was a disappointment. Expecting to order breakfast according to menu in room and went down to find overpriced buffet.

Amazing stay front desk clerk welcomed me back I couldn’t believe they remembered my name. This is one of the cleanest hotels I have stayed at. Dinner was delicious I love this hotel

I come here once a month from Cleveland Ohio I would never stay anywhere else but this hotel because everything is amazing

Very clean. Comfy beds and pillows. Friendly staff. Nice pool area. Fast elevators. Beautiful front desk area!
Things to improve on:
-Complimentary coffee and tea 3 out of 4 tries, was cold. Area and surrounding seating area littered with food trash and used cups, very gross.
-Room service is hit or miss.
-Restaurant is delicious, but, slow.
-Could not connect to WIFI
- 3 towels provided to a 4 person reservation.
-AC is loud

I am 5'3''an d it was a struggle to get into the bed which is comfortable but too high off the ground. My friend has a bad knee and also struggled. If the beds remain high they definitely need stools.

Very quiet hotel. Beds are comfortable. Rooms are clean. Carpets could use a good steam cleaning. The restaurant food is fantastic and very flavorful. Staff is super nice. This is my new choice of stay when I travel for work. Highly recommend.
