The hotel needs a major overhaul, especially the pool area. Where the outside slides used to come into the pool there are towels hanging to cover the opening, slowing the outside air from coming in. They are waiting for "a part to come in" for the kiddie pool. They probably have been waiting for years. Our grandkids came to visit late afternoon and we received a "noise complaint." At 4 p.m.? We weren't very loud, believe me. This hotel is over-priced, that's for sure.

A good night's rest. Excellent location in a quiet area on the western edge of Waupaca WI. Room charge was reasonable with very good amenities. Host was professional and welcoming. Our third stay at property over the years.

It was noted that there were many repairs needed! ( tv didn’t work, holes in random walls, clocks were not on time, toilets were dirty, etc) In addition, we woke up and realized there was brown splatter all down the wall next to bed and staining the mattress ( vomit, spill?…gross)!!! The stain was reported to hotel staff and the response given was “sorry, there is nothing we can do for you”!

Wet towels on check in, one small bar of soap, bed half made. no shampoo Left after 2 nites was scheduled for four. Went to comfort inn more money but well worth.would like refund for 2 nites that I didn’t stay. SO DISAPPONTING

Breakfast was good, great selection, attractive display and food was fresh. Check in was easy desk clerk was effecient and friendly. Room had lots of dog hair and there was mold around the shower fixtures. Hallway carpets need cleaning. It wasnt up to par for a Ramada.

The room was DIRTY.. dust & dirt around the room. The bathroom was dirty.. mold in the shower, dirt stained curtain liner, towels & rags had stains on them. Just overall, not a clean place to stay.

Great location. Breakfast was good. Many options. Nice pool. Hotel is being updated. Excellent bar. Great Customer Service!

The door to the bathroom should probably open out to the room rather than inward. The bathroom is so small when you opened the door you felt like you were going to fall into the toilet. It would have been nice to have a fresh roll of toilet paper, rather than one that was almost complete. The bed was so high, I had to jump up into it. I never could figure out the channels on the TV. On the plus side, the room was clean, bedbug free, close to an exit, making it easy to unload and load the car

Nice people at the desk- very nice to give us late check out. Room wasn’t very clean- hair on the floor, splashing on door. Property all over just needs a full time good maintenance man. Has so much potential to be an amazing hotel- just needs some love and attention.

The waterslides were out of order, ceilings were peeling. Evening lady at the desk was unprofessional and seemed like she had more important things to do. Other room guests were noisy and playing loud music 1 out of the 2 nights. Said rooms were soundproof but that is false i heard everything. Reeked of marijauna in the hallway leading to the elevator. Would not stay again or recommended to others

We have a wedding and this is the most convenient hotel to go to that is near to the event. The event hotel was already filled up and we had not choice but to get this hotel. We paid $180/night. A little too high for the type of the hotel.
