You were remodeling.the pools were closed. Bummer for 4 kids. The frist night the shower was cold. The rooms were excellent 5 star for that.and staff was great.we will be back for sure.

Went to take a shower & there was no hot water. I went to the desk & told the lady there was no hot water, she told me I was the 3rd person that had complained. Then told me there was an issue with the water heater. I asked her to check an empty room to see if there was hot water & she found there was not. She contacted the manager & he told her to do something to the water heater which made the hot water barely luke warm. I ended up taking a shower in luke warm water probably along with alot of other customers. I paid for a room with the expectation of having all of the amenities available which hot water is one of them. I feel if I had not complained I probably would had to take a cold shower. I am extremely disappointed with your hotel not providing hot water I will never stay at that hotel ever again. Also, the manager never tried to contact me or offered any type of compensation for the lack of amenities.

The room was nice, large, comfortable. The hotel is under renovation in the hallway areas. The price for hotels in Terre Haute Indiana is ridiculously high.

Staff both day and night were very friendly and helpful. I stayed for 11 days on business.
Breakfast was great. And I appreciated having it available

Staff was friendly and room was recently renovated. The elevator was dirty, but the rest of the hotel was clean

I was not a fan at all. This location is remodeling however it looks like a cheap band aid job. The vision is there but someone is definitely cutting corners to cut cost. Painting over things that have not been fixed and these are things in the room not the overall building that has signs saying excuse this mess. Amongst other things here are a few things that I dealt with: the tub did not drain water properly, bedding/shower curtain/towels were stained, construction began at 3:45am on the floor above mine and woke me out of my sleep. The room served its purpose for the night I needed but never again.

I like the rooms Fantasy looking. Comfy will always be my go to hotel while I visit.

The furniture was extremely damaged and outdated, the bathroom was horrible. If I was not staying there for offroading, where I expected to come back to the hotel tired and dirty, I would have chose anywhere else.

The property was under renovations, so there was a lot of loud construction early in the morning and late at night, but overall the hotel was nice and the room was spacious. Although there was 2 of us traveling together I did stay by myself 2 nights and felt safe being there alone.

The room I was rented was extremely moldy and also there was plumbing issues with the toilet and my guest killed a roach. That room should be totally shut down. And the bed was wet so we had to sleep on top of the covers.

Walked into a MESS!!! Under construction. No where to park to check in. Paint all over the bathroom floor. Air conditioner didn’t work. Bathroom door did not shut all the way. They still had propped the side “security” doors open with a rock when we walked in getting back from dinner at 10:30pm. So disappointed! Spend more $ and stay at another hotel.

We got no sleep due to the person above us running back and forth in the room in the middle of the night. The breakfast was a usual hotel continental breakfast. The room was mostly clean, but the curtains were tattered. I definitely don't feel like it was worth what we spent for the night.

We drove in to the parking lot and the front doors are blocked off. Sign says go to side door. We go to the side door and the whole place is dusty and dirty, sounds of power tools. Yep! Under construction. Construction workers everywhere. Tools scattered all over the hallways. Completely not the relaxing trip I paid for. Then they tried to close the pool for the week. I told them I wanted my money back. They said they could not reimburse me. I told them that I was using the pool no matter what they said. That is what I paid for.
That all being said. The day shift was polite and helpful. Breakfast was good. And we got to use the pool both days we were there.
