The room was good, nice and clean..the breakfast buffet food was horrible for 25.00..the potatoes were hard and cold, the eggs were runny and cold, fruit was not sweet and hard...i wish i could dispute that charge..

The parking gate was a bit confusing because we arrived at night and couldn’t see the button where to tap your room key so you don’t have to pay exiting. We paid twice but they said they would refund the additional $25.

The mountain view from my room was amazing. The only recommendation would be to look into room service.

One night stay. We had a birthday celebration near-by, .a walkable distance. If we have something in the area we would definitely stay again.

Very nice hotel room, don’t judge the property from the outside. Plenty of parking available for $25 per night. Rooms very modern and staff are accommodating. Lovely view of the bay with room upgrade. Easy to commute into San Francisco via Oakland ferry service.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel lobby and room were extremely clean and beds were comfortable. Excellent location--quiet with a lovely view.

Great service, attentive staff, clean throughout the building. Large hot.tub and workout center. Great little bar. We didn't get to eat at the bar as we were very busy, but we did try the breakfast, and although it was good and there was a variety, the cost was not clear. There were two options, and only one option had a price listed. Also.i had thought the room price had continental breakfast, but it didn't get charged that way. I got charged $23 each. I think that could be clearer as the lady seating me had a thick accent and mostly just knocked her head while talking, and I gave up asking for her to clarify. She was very attentive and was great at making sure we had what we needed. Sad i didnt get to see the hot tub waterfall, but the water was nice to sit in at night. Sad it doesnt open til 10am and the check out is 11am.

staff generally makes you feel like “why are you here?” but even if it’s Hilton it’s in Bay Area after all, I lived there for 8 years noone’s never in the mood for serving another person it’s always do it yourself city 😂 restaurant and hotel business can never be even average quality we just accept as it is and love SF I think😬 but it’s bad in terms of sevice quality it’s just the culture beyond power of Hilton

Alll was fine except parking. Very confusing. We paid for parking with our room, left for dinner, put the ticket in the machine when we returned and were asked for another $25. Could not make it accept that we had paid. The bathroom was quite dark. It was not possible to apply makeup it was so dim. The bathtub was very slippery. Fortunately, they had a grab bar. Itt was needed to feel safe exiting the shower.
