I liked the location because it was close to train but I was not expecting homeless people and gross elevators to get to hotel

I had reserved a specific room two weeks in advance but couldn’t get it. I wanted to relax with a few drinks in bar but it was closed. The most disappointing experience was the way we were treated by the check in clerk. She made us feel like we were a bother.

Location was excellent for my needs. The train station is within walking distance.

Staff finds a reason to justify not doing the basic task. Like one of the days the room wasn’t clean when asked they had various reasons some as ridiculous as they check if there is a no disturb sign outside your room at 7 am and then again at 8 am. If so they will not clean the room the entire day 😊 Parking is charged seperate and not part of the rate offered or even mentioned at time of check in Only good thing about the property is it’s location

It’s close to the trsin station. The bed was nice.

The room seemed rather empty. Devoid of any ammenities. No towel bar in the bathroom. The shower door wouldn’t stay closed. Shampoo and stuff in the shower, but no shower cap. I need to use a cpap machine at night, but all the plugs by the bed were full.

Exterior and facilities are nice.

My room was in 2nd floor. I can hear people”a voice from downstairs till 1:00 am in the morning with closed windows.

The rooms were clean and maintained well.

The shower could be better, so some work needed here.

Good breakfast, great spot close to SF downtown, good neighborhood with several stores, spacious room, clean towels and linen, good appliances, good staff

Too close to railroad tracks, noisy but not too bad (there were ear plugs available in the room :-P)

The room was like a super nice apartment. It was very spacious and comfortable. I loved having the balcony. Loved the full kitchen with all the dishes and utensils. Separate bedroom was especially nice. All of that comfort, PLUS...pet friendly!!

The only issue was that there was very tiny grassy area for pets. It was okay because we found a park a few blocks away.

Location

The view is a Emeryvill Train station with all what it means , Train horn, train Ring , station call for train before arrival and before departure, sound of break and everything related 24 hour, No free parking for the gust and even so it’s not safe at all , cost for parking is 22$ every day , so room rate plus tax plus unsafe parking is quite a lot for train stations noisy room, plus I ask the reception for one hour late check out due to airline charge and delay schedule but with so much rudeness I received No , we finish . There is a lot of good hotel around this area take a look before you decide to stay there

Checkout took too long

It was across from Amtrak Train Station and we could walk over to the train over the sky ridge. Excellent food choices at the public Market one block away.

Clean, friendly helpful staff, loved seeing the bay from my window.

After hours there's not much help for getting towels.
