Clean good size room. Bathroom needed new toilet seat and some white paint. The view from the street doesn't look like it is open at all. Quiet area just outside of the busy edge of town.

The most bare bones motel I've ever stayed in. No ice machine, no coffee in room or lobby. Property was rundown and in a sketchy part of town. would not stay again.

The night manager tried to get me to give him a cash deposit for $25 to $50 if I charged it on my card. My son had a crack head at the window of the car when I went inside to get the key for 2 minutes. The room had a bad smell and we didn't use the shower because it looked very dirty. You can hear everything through the walls.

The mirrors on the wall added an extra ambiance to the weekend. We had gone to Topeka for an event at the Expocentre. The large refrigerator and microwave were nice. We will definitely stay here again when heading to the Russia Chili House off Porubsky Road!!

The room was large. The bathroom was clean and the shower had plenty of hot water and pressure. The bed was comfortable. The staff was certainly pleasant. The motel has good access to Topeka Blvd. and Kansas Ave.
That said there was a lingering odor that is difficult to describe.

Room did not have a light switch by the door, so if I planned on being gone till late, I had to leave a lamp on so I could see when entering the room. Light over sink was fluorescent and the ignitor was going out. Electrical and lighting upgrades definitely needed. Overall, the accommodations met my needs for my purpose in Topeka.
