Unsafe due to door lock issues

Definitely needs upgrades, bed was super uncomfortable, holes in the wall of the bathroom stuffed with toilet paper, curtains torn in places. Smelled musty and smoky in the room. People loitering in the parking lot seemed a bit shady.

The front desk staff were wonderful and welcoming.
The room smelled horrible although very clean.
The water from the faucet smelled awful and tasted like dirt. Not sure why but I didn’t feel comfortable at all with using the shower or the sink.

I checked into room and the AC unit was not getting cold enough (extremely hot day), I asked to be moved to a new room and it was no problem. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and parking was great.

It was so dirty on the phone and it smelled really bad around the room and inside the floors was dirty the chair they had in there dirty not cleaned it was terrible

Our room was freshly cleaned, smelled good, and the AC was already turned on to cool our room. Bed was very comfortable! Quiet and felt safe. There's a Dunkin Donuts open 24/7 right in the parking lot. First time staying here but will definitely be staying again!

resonably priced motel for the stay. why I took a star is because when i booked i was told it would have a microwave and a fridge but then I was told in only fridge was available. I didn't take a screenshot of the booking and neither hotels.com nor the motel helped me change the booking. They kept blaming each other saying the other entity has to change it.

The room had a terrible smell when I walked in and creepy people were in and out of there rooms all night. This was the worst hotel I ever been too that I only stayed one night and left to stay with a friend. I will never recommend anyone to stay there.

It was dirty and gross, with lots of undesirables loitering about. The check in person was rude and tried to charge me again when I had paid on line.
