For starters the front desk agent took forever to see us. The room look sketchy, the pillows were very hard, the hot tub wasn’t working, you could hear every noise around the room. The breakfast was good

Hotel is very run down needs lots of maintenance

Enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was great. AC unit was stuck at one temperature making the room really cold.

Older place and could definitely use updating. BUT everything in our room worked, the place is clean as a whistle, and the staff are efficient and eager to please. We would certainly stay again.

Room had a broken down fan. No air conditioning as advertised so the loss of the fan made for an uncomfortable stay. Damaged walls, heater, prevalent. It will be our first and last stay.

We were put into a room where the toilet had over flowed and left the rug wet. They told us at 9 pm that the toilet had not overflowed the night before but that they were just cleaning rugs and that was why it was wet. The front desk attendant assured us, even though we had said the toilet was not flushing right they insisted there was nothing wrong. Then at 3 in the morning the entire rug in our room was under water and we had to move. The hotel refused to pick up our room at a different place for the rest of the night and left us in a real bind finding and moving to a new facility. The manager of the hotel would not answer the phone and when we finally got ahold of her two days later she hung up on us when we tried to discuss anything with her. We are hiring a lawyer over this

This is my second stay there and I enjoyed each visit. Beds are comfy. No AC but I felt safe enough to open my door to cool it down. There was lots to do onsite. Mini golf. Gym. Pool. My room had a pile up of dirt behind the door and I’m sharing this because I noticed a lot of young cleaners and I want them to be aware so when they go stay somewhere they will get the same level of service they give. Breakfast is pretty standard but lots of variety. The location is about 15 min from downtown but there are things to do. I prefer being away from heavy traffic so the location was perfect for me. There were food and stores that did delivery or a short drive

There is an indoor pool, however, it is also used by the general public as a public pool. In our opinion it should be for guests only especially during peak seasons as it isn't huge. They offer a continental breakfast which was good. There is no air conditioning in the rooms, the room had a small fan. There is a busy restaurant/ pub right next door and the food was great. Staff was super friendly and helpful, went out of their way to help us out with a request. Our room was outdated but clean. We would stay there again 😁

The breakfast facilities were fine. These are no smoking issues but some guests would smoke on their balconies. As there are no air conditioners or heat pumps smoke would unpleasantly drift in open windows. The open windows also allow in traffic noise and yelling and slamming doors at 3:30 AM from other guests who I suspect were returning from a party elsewhere.
