The bed was very comfortable in the room was impeccably clean. The only thing I didn’t like was hearing the people on the other side of the wall. We were very disappointed that the heater in the pool did not work and we were looking forward to a swim.
The breakfast both mornings was very good. There is an amazing Italian restaurant just one block away, Which makes for wonderful convenience for dinner.
While in town, try 7 brew coffee

We had a bad experience previously at this property. When I spoke to the desk clerk and told her what had happened, she took care of us. We may try to stay there again.

The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was tasty. The only thing we didn't like was the bathroom doors on the huge. They didn't lock and were hard to pull shut from inside the bathroom. They don't much of a handle inside.

Unfortunately I wasn’t charged the correct amount I paid on Hotels.com. Our room had a loud banging every few minutes and the a/c didn’t work properly. I feel like when you book via hotels.com you get the worst rooms available.

We stayed here for a concert at the event center. Only a couple minutes walk. Facility was super clean and stylish. Huge bathrooms! We will stay again! Receptionist was very personable too

Checked in late and left early. Room was a little loud without carpet and 4 children under 9. Felt like we would disturb others just by talking. We were late getting down for breakfast, but they allowed us to grab some cereal and fruit bars. They seemed a little irritated since we arrived 5 minutes late, but thnkful we got to eat. Yes, we did receive a paper when we checked in, but thought it was 9:30, not 9:00...arrived at 9:05. Overall, the stay was perfect for the purpose of our visit.

Everyone was kind and helpful. I loved the pool. The pool was a little cold, hard for some of the family members to get in, but other than that, the property and staff were great. Thank you.

The staff at Glo is excellent. The hotel is very nice and modern. It’s a very short, easy walk to the ballpark and to downtown. I’ve stayed her a few times and I cannot recommend it any more highly.
