Room was clean, bed was clean and comfortable. The little restaurant was awesome! Excellent food and drinks. Overall we had a nice experience.

Hallway smelled like dead fish. Hot tub was freezing at night and scaled my skin in the morning. Shower also had no hot water in evening. Woke up one morning to puke by the elevator making it unusable. Told front desk who left it there for multiple hours until cleaning staff got there as they didn’t know where cleaning supplies were. Didn’t put a towel done or wet floor sign so people who turned corner could have easily stepped in it. Cleaning supplies were right next to elevator had seen cleaning staff go in and out there all morning

Only bad thing: the curtain only covered about 1/4 of the window so I couldn’t get the room dark since I was on the second floor and looked out on a busy road

We were assigned to a room that was supposed to be out of service. There was mold in the bathroom, no towels were in the room.

They have a shuttle to the Milwaukee Brewers ballgames. They have a really good complimentary breakfast and a restaurant that opens at 3pm. The pizza oven in the restaurant was broken during our entire stay. The other food on the menu was good and reasonably priced.

The gentelman and the woman at the counter, when checking in, were so kind and informative. They answered any questions J had before I even asked them. The hotel is clean and the breakfast was great! Our room was very clean as well.

beds were short - I'm 6'1" and my feet hung off side. Very little sound insulation for the ceiling above resulted in being woken up at 5AM by the folks stomping around above us. Breakfast was quite good. Very convenient and safe walk to Miller Park which was the primary reason we stayed there.

But the odor of musty mildew smoky was terrible, everything felt wet like the bedding the carpeting!

The hotel itself is quite nice and clean , it is walkable to American Family field , but is a bit of a trek. There was no shuttle for this event , where as far as i understand there usually is. One thing is the parking is a bit off , there is a small area between the buildings and then some on the side by the alley , which shares with an apartment building. We were able to find a spot in between the buildings , but even though we had paid parking at the park , we chose to walk , as we felt like if we left our parking spot , we may not get one when we came back at night, though we may have been able to , we didn't want to risk it.

Very nice hotel. Pool and hot tub. Nice free breakfast. Bar was fun and had decent food. Stayed there for the Brewers game and the shuttle to and from the game was convenient. Awesome service.

This hotel is in a rough area. I didn’t feel safe in the neighborhood. I changed reservation from 3 nights to 1 and went to another hotel in another area that was in a safer area. I had several homeless people approach me at this hotel and the McDonald’s up the street was sketchy. When I walked it there was a sign that said pool and hot tub closed for renovations. Why would you close it the week of Harley Fest. I had booked my hotel months ago and was never informed that the pool and hot tub was closed main reason why I picked this place and for the price per night for a Thursday night that’s unacceptable. I didn’t really want to leave my motorcycle outside.
